  Budget hotel with star ‘treatment’🥰

  Love this hotel! It is clean . Room has space for clothes, a little fridge, clean bedlinens, toiletries, electric kettle , and good water pressure for a refreshing shower. Security is good . Free car park👍. Breakfast is provided with different varieties daily😋 It is located in a good location with eateries, mini marts, pharmacy, clinics , hardware shops n even a cobbler👍If you love Nasi Kandar, there is a good one round the corner😋

  Take the king size bed

  Yes, pick the king size room if visit with family and single room also available. Approximately cost is Ringgit 120/ night (King bed). Looks not good from outside but very clean and good reception area. We went many times and paid them a lot money as business purpose has to stay longer.

  It is fantastic place to stay in terms of less money. They have all the facilities that a standard hotel should have. Very cheap but full of facilities. Stuffs are well behaved and friendly.Nearby there are so many food so that you never feel hungry.

  Small rooms, difficult to find and sad breakfast

  + Room was clean+ staff was nice+ Free parking-Difficult to find the place and lane outside is really small one way-Room was really small-Breakfast was limited to noodles, watermelon and bread. No one even replenished after things finished.   I have booked One Avenue PJ to host a workshop for the company I work for. We got a reasonable package deal for its meeting room inclusive of tea break and lunch for about 20 pax.To my pleasant surprise, the meeting room was spacious with more than adequate facilities (3 mics provided), projector working great, Wi-Fi was good and it was just next to the coffee area. All the staffs there were warm and they felt like family. We had a nice one-night stay for our 2-day workshop. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was decent, had plenty of choices from rice, sausages, bread and cereal. For a boutique hotel, service is exceptionally above average. We were really satisfied with the service.There's just nothing bad to comment. Loved it! Great for business travelers alike.
