While the apartment was sufficient for a family of 5, it wasn’t very clean. The remote controls for the air con units didn’t work, the doors are very dirty and the floor was not clean. The whole apartment could use a good paint job from its walls to its doors.

It's a good place in the city , view & rooms are good. you can visit all the places from here.Twin towers is also near by , it's connected with metro station too. Even you can buy some grocery from near by market. Swimming pool is at 4th floor and view is good.

This is the worst experience I ever had. The staff was very rude ! Maybe the manager should train them for better customer service. The room television was not working and the staff did not do anything for that . Will never ever come back to this hotel. Worst vacation!

the rooms are really big compared to many rooms in kuala lumpur.well organised stuffs the swimming pool is big not very far from the city center.alot of shops and restaurants outside the apartments.their floors are quite and non smoking

This is the 2nd time that I've stayed here.It's near the LRT station and it has a sheltered walk-way. There's a lot of convenience stores in the area.There's security guards in the area that makes it quite secured.15-20 minutes away to Berjaya Times Square. Value for money.Spacious rooms.They may not provide breakfast but there are cheap eateries around the area. *So far the room I've stayed in the 3rd floor was clean and the toilet was okay. 3.5 out of 5.
