Nestled in a prestigious residential enclave in the heart of Petaling Jaya, this exquisite hotel is ideal for both business and leisure, being adjoined to 1 Utama shopping centre, one of Malaysia's most successful shopping centres showcasing 600 retail outlets. Chinatown and the city centre are only a 10-minute drive away and it is 25 minutes by car to the Petrona Twin Towers and the Batu Caves. The Lake Gardens can be reached in half an hour by car.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 438 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     I have stayed here for the third time. My first and second stays were awesome. However, during my third stay, there were some disappointments.1. The shower water pressure was lower.2. There was renovation work going on during guests’ stay.     Appreciate the service, especially at the front desk. Housekeeping was good too. However the chandeliers light are really black and dirty. Also I wish that the swimming pool was open until 10pm like the hotels in Singapore. Appreciate the spacious gym and that it's very near to 1Utama. Great location. Appreciate the laundry service for 3 items.
