    Hotel Staff is very nice and courteous. The hotel itself….- It is under construction- Room Door wouldn’t close the first day- The hot water…. ? Little warmer than body temp. - Construction Trailers/Containers are everywhere - Always blocked with boxesI’d personally stay away for a couple months.

    Bad experience that could of be a great stay

    We stayed at the Hampton Dec 24 and 25th. The Hotel it self was good . It was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok they have a wide range of things to eat so you can find something but the eggs were terrible I think were eggs out of a carton . The biggest issue I have with this hotel is the staff . The hotel was in the mids of some sort of renovations so there were no vending machines but they had water and snacks on display at the front counter, so when we returned to the hotel on the night of the 25th I asked at the front counter If we could buy some bottled water and some snacks and we were told it was for Diamond league members only even though I offered to pay . So we had to get back in our car and drive to get bottled water . When we returned I sent a reply from a email from the hotel asking how our stay was and if everything was ok . I told them I was disappointed about not being able to buy water and snacks at the front desk , so then I got a call from the front desk telling us we could come down and take some water and snacks at no charge but it was too late as we had gone out to get what we needed . When I returned home I called the hotel twice to speak to the manager and both time they said he was busy and that he would call me back . Today is the 30th and still no returned call . Will not use the Hampton chain again .

    Stayed here on December 25 & 26, 2025, and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, with well-appointed rooms and spotless public areas. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. It’s hard to beat the value, location, and customer service this hotel offers. Highly recommended — solid five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I only booked the hotel for two nights but had to check out early due to a family emergency. Despite speaking with the manager, I was still charged for the unused night. The manager showed no empathy, claiming it was because I booked at a special rate. His lack of good customer service left me feeling irritated and annoyed, especially given his condescending tone. Things got worse when two guests, including myself, got stuck inside the elevator after the power was cut without any prior notice. When we finally got out, there was no apology from the hotel staff. The room I was assigned was next to the mechanical room, where I was kept awake by banging from the wall during the night. Additionally, the breakfast area was rather unpleasant, with trash right beside the food and coffee tables.

    Disappointing experience with the front desk

    I had a disappointing experience during my stay. I left $250 in our room, and after housekeeping came in to clean, I noticed that only $230 remained. I immediately reported it to the front desk, but the response was dismissive. Without asking for any details, I was told it was “impossible” and that they would follow up with housekeeping.We waited the entire day without any update. When we followed up ourselves, the staff member (Rajbeer) simply stated that their housekeeping team had been working there for five years—as if that alone ruled out any possibility of a mistake. We weren’t blaming anyone. Unfortunately, there was no empathy or concern shown at all. It felt like we were being brushed off or not taken seriously, and no one ever apologized for what happened.I understand this is “just” $20 and not worth making a huge issue over—but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy we received was unacceptable. Even when we check out no courtesy was given. It left a very bad impression, and I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve how situations like this are handled in the future.
