    We try to find a hotel near city, twin towers. We booked this, 10 minutes from twins... No way. 30 minutes by taxi. Room was awful. Dirty. Only thing was good was toilet. Horrible. Never go back there.....

    My experience with Owen

    Stayed in Owen started back in year 2009. Not because of price but simply it's location, easy access to food and others and also nearby my office. When the hotel was new, everything seems ok and no comments. However, lately the past one year I started to made complaints.The shower pressure were weak and flow was too small. The aircond is either dripping water ( I was told by the staff that happened was due to I open up the window, in actual fact I did not do so ) or it was noisy with a kind of weird sound and it turns warm.The most untolerate was the room has busy small little insects around and I realy have to mak sure my luggage are well zipped.

    Dark and dirty!

    We arrived around midnight (late flight and heavy traffic in city centre).The recepion was certainly the cleanest part of the hotel. Dark and small room with no window. It also smelt musty perhaps due to the thick black mould on bathroom ceiling.I'm sorry to say it was possibly the wort place we have stayed in SE Asia. The cab driver warned us it was way out of the centre and and not a graet area. He advised us to move on the next day and mentioned there were plenty of cheap places in the city. He was indeed correct and we took his advice the next day and paid less for a far superior room.
