  Really friendly staff and great location

  We spent only one night here. The room was ok for the price, but a lot of noise from the street during the night. Try to get a room with a window not against the street.However the staff was really really helpful and made our stay great.

  I booked 2 nights here. The price was pretty good. I think about £15 a night.Room was absolutely fine, you get what pay for, it was a decent size, bed was comfy, free water and toiletries.One of the issues was the poor wifi service up in the bedrooms. I was on level one so unsure if the problem existed elsewhere. I spoke to the man on reception who was helpful and connected me to another wifi network that I don't think was the hotel's main one. It enabled me to make my FaceTime call but I had to do it down in reception so my privacy was spoilt.The other issue is the noise in the hotel at night. This hotel is located on the roadside of a busy road. The windows are not double glazed to reduce noice. The traffic goes past all through the night, motorbikes speeding past. It is extremely noisy. On the second night I had to go down to reception at about 1am and ask what was going on because there was shouting outside and someone banging on the metalwork of the outside of the hotel. I honestly thought someone was crawling up the side of the hotel, The staff did said they'd already spoken to someone outside and it did quieten down after that. As per other reviews, there is an overpass just out side the hotel and it would appear that it is a regular hang out for kids/teenagers late into the night, thus creating more noise.From one point of view it is a good location, you can walk to the Petronas Towers in under half an hour and also to the KL Tower. On the other hand, the roadside location is not ideal.It wasn't all bad and if you can sleep through a lot of noise then it might be okay. However I wouldn't chose to stay here again.

  I've stay there for 3D2N in triple room.It's a budget hotel don't expect a 5star hotel treatment. The receptionists is helpful and friendly. The room is clean(pillow,bed and curtain) some part is dusty :p no weird smell. The bathroom abit narrow :/ TV with 6 channel.Hot shower Air condition Easy to find food, lots of hawkers around the hotel and short distance to shopping malls arounds.☡Just be alert when you going out from hotel. I've seen drug addict taking drug in daylight and overpasses accross the road and some drug addicts sleep on overpass.Overall is a goodplace to stay. Just be aware of those drug addicts! :)

  I stayed in this hotel for 2x night , Room was small , 2nd day of my stay house keeping staff never approach to ask for make up room. When he was doing other rooms. Easly can access to the property from Kl sentral with Complimentry bus call "Go KL Bus".

  I stayed in Aira hotel for 3 days with my wife and two kids.The following points made me to state that this is great place for a visitor Early check in was possible.(i came like 1 hour before the time) Very considerate and responsible staff.The front person Ahamed is such a nice person he did everything to find me my lost phone during an uber taxi ride.Because of him i got my pone back. I had to get early morning fight.Staff even urged to prepare coffee and give breakfast in that time. Spacious room.(family room)
