    Cockroach Infested Hotel - Worst Experience Of My Life - DO NOT STAY HERE

    This is the most disgusting, unprofessional, and downright shameful hotel I’ve ever seen.After entering for the first time, my partner and I saw cockroaches everywhere, in the bed, in the bathroom, in the living room.The sheets had stains, the bathroom has dirt and mould, and when we asked the front desk if they could put us in another room or if they could do something about the cockroaches she simply laughed……..Once we realised that the woman at the front desk was also insane my partner had to leave immediately. I didn't even stay 1 hour, we immediately left and booked another hotel for the same price right in the city which was absolutely stunning compared to this disgusting garbage poor excuse for a hotel.In 20+ years of travel, this is without a doubt in my mind THE WORST HOTEL I have ever seen. Staff are lazy and the rooms are bug infested, and no one seems to care.I’ve noticed that there seems to be someone from the hotel who reads these comments and presents a stock reply along the lines of ‘thank you for your message, we hope to take care of these issues going forwards and improve our service’ but its all rubbish and lies.So if you are reading this, this is what this hotel needs to hear;“YOU HAVE A COCKROACH INFESTATION PROBLEM AT YOUR HOTEL THAT YOU EXPECT GUESTS TO PAY AND STAY AT, GO AND HIRE A PEST CONTROL SERVICE AND FIX IT”I’m so disappointed at Agoda for letting this hotel be advertised on its app , I will never use Agoda again as clearly they also do not check these reviews and take no accountability for who they partner with.They simply care about their partnership programs and will advertise with anyone who will pay them, regardless of what type of service they provide.A room only needs a few things, clean sheets and pillows, and functioning bathroom. These guys couldn’t even provide the absolute basics of hospitality and have no right to still be in operation.Please do not ever stay here, this is the last place you want to go to after a long flight, its absolutely embarrassing to think that there is a manager of this hotel, and actual staff that think that they work at a hotel, when in reality from other reviews i’ve read, this is simply a place where many locals go when they hire prostitutes.They are closer to workers at a brothel than an actual hotel, it’s completely embarrassing honestly, I feel bad for them.Please DO NOT STAY HERE.When asked for a refund, I was told togo to Agoda and contact them, after nothing happened I had to contact the OYO Malaysian office, and having to chase them up every single day and after prompting them constantly for almost a week they only refunded me 60% despite the fact that I didn't even spend 1 hour at the hotel.Now I know why this garbage whorehouse makes payments non-refundable.Again, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. SHUT THIS HOTEL DOWN.

    No one can bring any food in the hotel room , The receptionists never smile , and hotel room card access always block again and again .. and we always had to go down stairs and tell the recptionists..     Got this room 116RM for 3D2N by Agoda.Need deposit 50RM.The building next to Nasi Kandar Nur Alif ,which is open 24hours The parking is free, but need to struggling bit.My favorite parking is in front of the Bubble Lab Laundry 24hours (because the lightnings so good, also can peek from the windows room. Lol)There is two mini market nearby 24hours, KK and 711. The AC quite good. I didnt try the Wi-Fi. The TV Channel so bad, also so noisy. Have the fridge. But the the electric kettle looks not clean.The area enough close to Sunway Pyramid and Subang Parade, if you are Mall person. This is quite satisfy you.Overall the hotel is good.

    Place is cheap and good, Owners are friendly now, things have improved over the years as i have stayed here many times, Rooms are small but clean, alot of food nearby and great parking, I have no complaints

    The staffs and manager are unfriendly. The bed cover and duvet cover have stains and when you request for replacement, it's have stains as well.Bad experience when we accidentally left our phone charger. Called the hotel several times but they are reluctant to help. Only reply was they did not find anything in the room. The manager was overprotective as well. Did not return call as he promised.
