  The room worse which I saw in my life ...no water...have to call hotel staff to open it.. quite dirty...air-con 100% not cool...charge rm70 it's really very bad experience in my life but this type of hotel still get support from OYO...VERY SAD TO SAY PLS DON'T EVEN TRY IT...U WILL UPSET N GET IN TO TROUBLE CAN'T BE SETTLE...MY SELF CHECK IN AT 1030PM 11/11/2023 ROOM NUMBER 20 ...BUT CHECK SAME DAY ABOUT 4 HOUR AFTER STRUGGLE WITH ROOM CONDITION..CAN'T SLEEP AT ALL...WHEN ASKING FOR REFUND NOTHING VAN BE SETTLE IF ALREADY PAID...IF STILL WANT STAY IN THIS HOTEL PLS CHECK ROOM CONDITION BEFORE MAKE PAYMENT ITS ONLY ADVICE COZ BEEN EXPERIENCING WITH THIS HOTEL..MONEY NOT REFUND...HOPE ALL TRAVELS DO THE BEST BEFORE PAY N PLS ...PLS ..CHECK THE ROOM CONDITION...THERE IS NO WORD TO SAY FOR THIS HOTEL...++++++VERY BAD CONDITION....EVEN THE TOWEL THE GIVE I FEEL LIKE WANT VOMIT 🤮🤮🤮 NO SOAP ...NO WATER..HAVE TO CALL WORKER...OMG THERE IS NO WORD TO SAY ABOUT THIS HOTEL...ITS MY ADVICE TO TOURIST PLS BE CARE OF THIS TYPE IF HOTEL...even we can't give anystar for this hotel...an argument with Indian workers but he can't do anything to settle it...poor worker...

  GOT SCAMMED MY MONEY. 0 STAR FOR UNETHICAL DEALINGS.

  PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING.I booked this on booking.com (a third party provider) for 4 March - 5 March 2023. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that there had been no room for me to stay in which the staff told me to leave the premises and find another hotel (in a very rude manner). When inquiring about the booking, he said not a problem, cancel on booking and they will refund the money "this was verbally agreed" when I left the premises.Whilst dealing with the refund, I would like to say I got played quite well from Oyo because there's no "proof" that I got kicked out of the hotel and that on their end, it seems like I cancelled this on my own free will. Booking.com said they can't help me with my request because the hotel "Oyo" won't respond to their request for more information about what happened that day.Whilst calling Oyo (4 times) to deal with this matter and including the time I told them to respond to Booking.com, the customer service rep said all the same thing that "they don't deal with this request of refunding the money and that booking.com was the company that charged me the money" They redirected me to Booking.com to sort out the money, when clearly on my bank statement it says "OYO" has charged me money.When calling Booking.com (6 times), they said "we tried to contact the hotel but they haven't responded to tell us what happened on the day, so unfortunately, there is little to do because there's no proof that they have requested you to cancel so therefore, no refund can be issued.Now, let me tell you how they played the system. Firstly, by using a third provider and actually cancelling out of your own free will, this caused you to initiate the cancellation. Because it was done from "verbal" conversation, there's no "written proof" that they requested you to cancel this, therefore, losing your money.In terms of those who have been scammed your money, these are the options which I had considered:- Dealing with booking.com (no success due to no proof)- Dealing with Oyo ( unhelpful customer service rep who repeated not their problem and go deal with booking.com)- Dealing with my bank via cashback for not providing the goods and services ( unfortunately, again, because there's no written proof, I can no longer pursue the refund)If you do decide to book with this hotel, I am just warning you that if this happens to you, please please please record a voice message with the receptionist as "proof" that they have requested you to cancel.If not, you'll lose your money just like the rest of us who went through this experience below.Oh and don't get fooled by the "please contact customer service about your problem, we will be happy to help you with your request", because they really didn't help me at all and kept blaming booking.com for charging me the money by deflecting their responsibility in the matter.It's pathetic that I got played like that but hey, lesson learnt right? Not every company can be ethical in their dealings and sometimes you just need to learn the hard way.Note to FRIENDS, FAMILY AND MY TRAVEL COMMUNITY, PLEASE PLAY IT SAFE and do your best to spread the word about unethical companies like OYO because you'll be helping them prevent the same experiences that we went through!

  Bring your own soap and toilet paper

  The area is convenient and it's right across the street from a huge supermarket. That's where you buy your own soap and toilet paper because the hotel does not provide. The hotel did not look clean but it will do if you absolutely must stay for the night. The pictures showed did not look anything like our rooms. On the positive side the ac works great, there's free wifi and flat-screened TV has good channels. And it is only about 5 minutes Uber ride to Petronas Tower and to all the shopping. There is even a yummy vegetarian restaurant 5-10 minutes walk away.
