    **WARNING: Alarming Insecurity, Deplorable Hygiene, and Total Vulnerability**Our stay at this establishment was a deeply disturbing experience. What is advertised on international travel websites bears no resemblance to the reality we encountered upon arrival.**Insecurity and Suspicious Behavior:**The hotel lacks the basic security measures it claims to provide (in-room safes are non-existent), leaving guests in a state of total exposure. During our stay, we experienced strange incidents with our room key card being deactivated. Most alarming, however, was the management's behavior: on the day of our departure, a man who did not identify himself (and whom we later discovered was the General Manager) closely monitored our check-out, asking with unusual persistence if "everything was fine." **That attitude took on a very dark meaning once we left the country and checked the state of our luggage.** Only then did we realize that our trust had been betrayed and that our belongings had been at the mercy of internal malpractice while we were away from the room.**Unsanitary Conditions:**Added to the lack of security is a deplorable state of hygiene. There is **active mold on the walls and air conditioning vents**, filthy furniture, and torn bedsheets. The breakfast service is a health hazard: food is exposed in communal containers without any sanitary control. This "filth" is an insult to the magnificent gastronomy that Malaysia offers and, combined with the constant feeling of surveillance, creates a permanent sense of risk.**Conclusion:**We left with a sense of absolute defenselessness and, above all, **extreme vulnerability**. It is deplorable that establishments exist with these practices that tarnish the perception of such a welcoming country. Malaysia is not to blame for how this hotel operates, but this is a serious warning to any traveler: if you value the integrity of your suitcase and your own health, **stay away from here**. It is an alarming example of the worst kind of hospitality practices.

    Few silly letdowns

    Good position between Pasar Seni and amassed Jamek lots to do in the area, and near major transport hubs.Solo room and it's a reasonable size with a good bathroom, desk, drinks, fridge and TV. Sadly no light switch by the bed and the toilet water spray is fixed to the bowl and us gard to use. Got a good price so recommend as such, but avoid the windowless rooms as a but claustrophobic.

    Amazing location, average amenities and No Hot Water!

    Stayed here for 7 days. Its a prime location since its 2 mins walk away from the central market. Also its very well connected to the MTR network. One thing that really ruined the experience for me was no Hot Water in the showers. This is a basic need no matter what hotel you go to.....Admitedly the staff did say it was temporary cause of some issue with the pipes but it started on Dec 1st and today its Dec 15th and theres still no hot water... Overall id say the staff is very friendly and had there been hot water id have rated this a 4/5.

    Awesome experience wonderful place It is a good property near to central market as well as in the heart of the city tourist center. Pool area is on the top floor it give the beautiful View of KL city. Merto station & the shopping area is at walking distance. Rooms spacious and beautifully. Money exchange and other facilities are near by.

    The room itself is clean with the usual amenities. This hotel is located behind Central Market and within walking distance to Dataran Merdeka, Petaling Street and Masjid Jamek. Also nearby two LRT stations. Two convenience stores, a few restaurants and bus station
