    Very poor service We arrived very late and it was horrible. They gave us dirty room,bad smell,no amenities and toiletries. Reception keep saying no room available but when I show him the photo of dirty room,suddenly new room available. No hospitality or warm welcoming. We paid alot for one week and they treating us like strangers. No greetings no thank you never offering assistance. Staff at the restaurnat no attitude at all, especially the lady waitress. She is so arrogant and keep spying us during breakfas wondering if we will stealing the foods. The fact our room is including breakfast we paying high rate. Toaster keep turning on and off by the chef during breakfas. Its ridiculous ,Gossiping. Crossing arms. Overall nightmare service. Manager and management should train the staff for the hospitality and customer service. Zero

    Hotel room was fine based on the price I paid however no toothbrush, toothpaste, very thin towel and most terrible one is your night shift staff name Nesha. She needs more training in customer service. When I arrive late although a simple greetings was nothing and the sour face showing her hospitality attitude was failed. Well I don't expect high on this hotel as no choice to stay in rather than stay outside the road. Breakfast is limited and the chairs smells really unhygienic. Please improve your house as you are selling it to your guests. Not recommended to others.. that's the fact 😔

    We stay 2 nights in this hotel moved from the hotel right opposite of this hotel. In my opinion this hotel is better than the first hotel that I stay 2 night in Chinatown. It is quite cheap and clean enough. The room is quite big ( I take 3 people room). Just in front of the entrance there is 7-eleven and just 50 m you already catch the chinatown market in petaling street

    Amazing experience we had last year Dec 2023 and the staff are very accommodating… Free breakfast and it was nice variety of food.. Clean and cozy room… nice place for family… Front office staff was accommodating and well verse in English.. So it was easy communication.. The Tour was great and nice 👍… We had 4 days trip but its like a week of experience..Thank you and See you again on our next vacation..👍 5 ⭐️ for Pacific Express chinatown Hotel 😀😀

    Pathetic place never visit this place as inside restaurant the lady running she was disgusting not able to serve any veg meal.They atleast serve the veg people at least one dish but said directly on our face.Not at all recommded when we pay atleast we expect a kindness and gesture.
