    Hotel getting old

    Popular hotel but its getting old now. Bed not very comfortable. Tv n wifi is out, dismal quality. Room not very clean. Only the staff are good and responsible but with an old hotel with minimum facilities, they can’t do much. There are other hotels nearby chasing the same profile of tourists. MPalace n Modern Star hotel above Haniffa will make Palace work harder.

    Nice location.staff is very good .100%veg indian restaurant near by hotel.metro station is walking distance. Room clean .only problem is no any indian television program runnig .all local language program

    Now that I’ve stayed in a could of different hotels within a 2km radius, I found the Palace to be overpriced for the standard of rooms and service. The foyer is nice but the rooms are 2 star. Also, I found all the front desk staff to be quiet dismissive and unhelpful. There are many hotels in the area offering better value for the same if not better standard with friendly people on the reception desk.

    Best n economic hotel just opposite balai polis masjid India ( police station, masjid India ) . I already stayed few times.. downstairs Sangeetha Restaurant, opposite side ( behind polis ) savaranva bhavan ... opposite n next building MYDIN market for the cheap variety, chocolates, biscuits, n many more , lots jewelry, Hanifa textile , Sogo & many more ..if you think abt shopping best to choose here, Kl tower , twin tower , bus station, LRT ( metro ) all very near just walk .. have a good day ✍️

    Stayed there for the first time in 1993 and now in 2018 the hotel has remained same. Rooms arw old but ok. Bathrooms need to be taken care of. But the area is very good. Good shopping in Haniffa and Mydin within 3 minutes walk. Food courts all around. Pasar malam (night market) every saturday just behind the hotel. LRT station, Masjid Jamek, only 5 minutes walk. Recommended but do not expect luxury. And finally price was ok. So its value for money !
