    Very nice hotel,, during my stay first day was very bad experience the bedroom bedsheet was stain,,, Air conditioning is worst.. 2 times Inform Front office,, no one responds to check my room and also change the bedsheet.. finally I go to reception meet Ms Pria, she bring me to new room, give me upgrade and also she appologise. Send me appologise fruit to the new room... I very appreciated she doing the best service. Facility so far all ok.. Welcoming from breakfast was amazing welcome from Mr Jalil. Staff all very friendly and polite.

    We, the ex-staff of Prang Besar Estate/Prang Besar Research Station, recently held our Reunion at your Park Inn on Saturday, 16th May, 2026. It was a nostalgic occasion. We all enjoyed the Reunion and Fellowship, with the fire of Prang Besar (the Big War) still burning bright in our hearts.In the meantime, the Organising Committee for the Prang Besar Reunion would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms Amira and her team for the unforgettable experience we had at Park Inn on Saturday, 16th May, 2026.     We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help whenever needed. The location was also convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby.
