Location

Situated at the heart of the Golden Triangle, Kuala Lumpur's main commercial and retail district, this hotel is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers to the Malaysian capital. Sungei Wang, the avenue of malls, the light railway and Kuala Lumpur's financial hub are just around the corner from the hotel and it is a few minutes to the Petronas Towers, Putrajaya, the government's administrative centre, the Multimedia Super Corridor, the Royal Selangor Club and Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur's mega stylish shopping and entertainment mall.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 348 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.     Smallest parkroyal room ever I stay in Asia. I wasn’t pleased with the room scent in the room (was told is air freshener), stain on couch that is not clean at all. No full toilet amenities in toilet, I have to ask for comb upon request?Sometimes I have to question is this a 5 star hotel. Was told to get a suite upgrade but was told it is fully booked but you know what. It is fully available on website. And GSA called and mentioned the systems is not showing correct availability. And you know what. At least 5 kinds of suites available on Parkroyal main website (picture attached). Another question i need to ask, why staff are not honest with guest.Test booking 322068575 to prove a point.Room 533. Avoid this room.

    A great stay at Park Royal Kuala Lumpur

    We stayed here for two nights for a wedding with Club Lounge access. The staff who were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay unforgettable are Manager Coffee House Tazar who deserves a special mention, Soong Supervisor, Mila and Jeremy. They attended to our every need with flair and efficiency. The staff at Club Lounge were also good especially Bicky and Khajimul from Nepal and our Room attendant too. Great service and excellent quality. Our wedding party was happy, the majority of guests commented on the service. Thank you we will be back!     A beautiful, modern hotel, well maintained in every detail. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently very kind and helpful throughout my stay.The pool area was also very nice, a great place to relax after a day in the city.I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it.The biggest highlight of the hotel is definitely its location: it is right in the heart of kuala Lumpur's most lively area, making it extremely convenient for going out, exploring, and enjoying the nightlife.If I had to mention a downside, it would really be the hotel itself but rather the building and other guests. Doors often slammed quite loudly at any time of day and night and the sound insulation is not ideal. This was the only real issue during my stay.Overall, a highly recommended hotel for its location, comfort and overall quality.     Rude behavior of the hotel staff

    A bell boy named Emadul behaved very rudely with us. Having too many bags because of 17 people traveling, he just made fun of us and also asked very rudely to take our small bags from our rooms. To our surprise, the manager Raziman also laughed at us and supported his bell boy. The standard of Housekeeping was also very poor. Do not recommend.
