    I stay at this pavilion hotel for 5days. All the environment cleanliness is superb. The best i ever had at another hotel is the teh tarik serve by ismail. Teh Tarik sangat sedap.     This was my fourth visit to Kuala Lumpur, and I found the Pavilion area very easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.     No regret no mistake for choosing this hotel for staycation. We really enjoyed staying, dining, using facilities (gym) and discerning shopping at Pavilion KL. Excellent ambience, vibe, cleanliness, hospitality and cosiness. We're made very comfortable by Mr. Frankie who went extra mile to assist us while waiting to move into our room, after check in. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide selection. Excellent service by Kimi, Anita, Nurul and others. In fact after a few days, we returned to Courtyard Restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening. Also, many thanks to Mdm. Ader for efficient booking arrangements and good advice. We will return here again. Keep it up, you all!
