Location

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city's business, residential and entertainment districts with many foreign embassies and corporate offices nearby. China Town is just 15 minutes away by car, whilst the Mid Valley Megamall is 20 minutes from the hotel. The international airport is approximately 45 minutes' drive away.

    This was great for a few days in KL. Excellent location. Very friendly, helpful staff and great AC. We enjoyed the swimming pool and with a bit of searching we found really nice breakfast which suited us at the buffet. With just a little bit more investment eg replacing tired carpets, kitting out the gym properly this could really be an excellent hotel. It was very clean however and we had no complaints.     Very nice hotel near the center of Kuala Lumpur.I had a room on the 37th floor and it was perfect. The view was beautiful. Even though the twin towers were hidden behind the neighboring building, it was nice.The room itself was big, with a small kitchen and a bathtub in the bathroom.The hotel had two different air conditioners that worked perfectly.The staff was very friendly and polite. They always helped when needed. The cleaning was good, the laundry service was perfect.The breakfast was varied, there was a lot of everything.The location itself is really good. There are two different metro stations less than 5 minutes walk away. Also the walk past the park to the twin towers only takes 10 minutes.     FULL SERVICE AT AFFORDABLE PRICE

    Was recommended this hotel for its value and view as all rooms had a balcony. The hotel offers incredible value for money with its prime location, making it easy to explore the area. The cleanliness is top-notch, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive especially the concierge and bellmen polite and professional, always going above and beyond to enhance the experience. There was a kitchenette in the room with 2 cookers and what amazed me was the fact that it was fully equipped. Although I had booked the hotel with breakfast but I did not go as there were too many people there and I felt that it was overcrowded making it impossible for me to find a seat. They should open a conference room to do breakfast for huge meeting groups like what some hotels do. Location wise, it's within walking distance to KLCC and Avenue K which is great. Persiaran KLCC MRT Station is also very nearby. Overall I was satisfied with my stay before and will consider to stay again in future as there are not many hotels offering balconies in KL.     Location was great , breakfast was great .Rooms a little tried and aircon water leaked into carpet.Whilst here we had 2 items stolen from our room - phone and watch chargers(2)This review delayed to allow us to pack and unpack bag several times just in case we misplaced items however sadly no they were stolen.Security staff reacted dishonestly by showing false photos of items in room We enjoyed KL immensely but Perdana off our listYes we should have locked goods away.     Great location, large room, nice pool. Fantastic and friendly reception and door/concierge staff. Made us feel special everytime we arrived and left. Breakfast was OK- loads of variety to suit lots of different people but hardly any fruit.Yes, the decor needs updating but the public areas and our room was clean.
