    They are not in the business of hospitality and certainly don't care if you ever come back. Long line at checkIn. Four statf but only two checking in, the other two you ask, they ran paperwork and sorted invoices. A good coworker helps out and returns to their work when it's quieter. The room had 26 degrees Celsius. Apparently, the AC only gets started when you use the room, saving them energy and costing the guest comfort. It took 45 minutes to get to an acceptable temperature. It felt like a complete rip off and I cannot recommend at all. Also when I had questions before arrival, they never answered the phone nor replied to my emails. They just dont care.     Daring to complain? The front desk will hang up the moment you ask for a manager.

    If your plans change, they IGNORE all emails about free cancellation or date changes. If you call to complain and ask for a manager, the front desk will HANG UP on you. Terrible service.     Very Disappointing

    What a terrible experience! First the good points. The hotel is very close to the AirAsia check in at KLIA-2 and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately that is where the good points stop. The hotel has paper thin walls and you hear every door, every lock, every footstep, every voice coming from all directions non-stop for your entire stay. The common shower rooms are a constant noise with people coming and going, waiting in line for their shower and talking loudly incessantly. The shower rooms are filthy with other peoples mess, hair, wet towels. It is disgusting. I’d rather sleep on the floor in the terminal than stay here again.     Great airport hotel to stay during your transit in KLIA2

    Great room, great by the staff by both housekeeping and front desk during check in / out. Comfy bed and I have a great sleep at Aerotel while transit here at the airport before flying to my next destination. Very convenient at a great location in KLIA2, highly recommended to the travelers that looking for hourly or overnight stay at the airport. Thank you and definitely coming back again.     Decent budget hotel for 12 hours

    I landed in KLIA 1 (international) and took a cab to KLIA 2. My room was for only 12 hours, as I had a domestic flight the next morning.The room was adequate (as advertised). My particular room didn’t have a separate bathroom, but there were public ones that were constantly cleaned.When you dim the lights, it’s pretty much pitch black, so you want to use your phone as a clock.Restaurants around the area were good.Overall, Aerotel served its purpose as a budget hotel for my need.
