    If you're looking for a hotel with good security, good facilities, well-maintained, this is NOT the place. (In case you are wondering there is NO swimming pool). There is a gym but i didn't check it out. But if you just want a place to sleep only, put your bags in and be out of the room 99% of the time, then this hotel is fine. But still, overpriced in my opinion for something in this condition.Condition of the hotel: When we arrived, the big lights and AC not really on in the reception. Kinda dark and we didn't even see any signage. Through our 4 days stay, the big lights and AC were never on in the reception. What i realised later, there are a few confinement centre being run at the same building and sharing same reception desk. Security : the hotel floors are NOT SECURED (no hotel card swiping needed to get to the lift or access our floors). Anyone can just take the lifts and go to the hotel floors. As the hotel shares the building with few other business this made me a bit nervous. Condition of room and hotel: The condition of the hotel room is really unmaintained (see pics), with things just kinda allowed to fall apart like cracks, leaks and fixtures being held up by double side tape. Couldn't turn TV on but since we were going out most of the day, didn't make it an issue. There is a funny DND door sign to use lol. There is not telephone /landline to call reception if you need to. Location: Not very walkable to the curve and IKEA even though it's not that far but it's a bit of walk. and a bit hilly. The good things: 1) Staff is really nice - proactive and asked us if we needed more towels cos we have a child with us. 2) Water pressure is very strong and hot water comes fast 3) self-service laundry open till late just next door was great 4) few restaurants just in Heritage Lane next door open late. 5) 24 hr convenience store downstairs and next door was convenientReviewed September 29, 2025

    The air conditioner doesn’t work, and the entire room is dusty.When I informed the staff, there was no proper response.Honestly, it feels like a complete waste of money.Once you’re inside the room, there’s no way to call and complain—you’re forced to walk all the way to the reception for even the smallest issue.Very disappointing. Definitely not coming again, ever!

    This hotel has so much potential as there are not many hotels to select from. Unfortunately the maintenance and service has a lot of room for improvement.* The room we were given has a mouldy smell. Seems like that room was not occupied for some time. * Check in was smooth but the receptionist could be more welcoming. She was friendly but only after I initiate and engage.* Gym is a separate entity from the hotel and we need a tag card to enter. This needs to be obtained from the reception and as advised upon check in, we can get it from the security guard if the receptionist is away. There is certainly lack of communication as the security do not know what to do.I would say it is fairly okay hotel if you don't have a choice. It's quite convenient though the area is dark at night. Some training on service and maybe some little maintenance upgrade on the hardware will do the hotel good.

    Service is less than zero - the front desk is variably manned and the evening staff cocks an attitude when you ask about it. Cleanliness is poor. It’s saving Grace is it’s excellent gym, some pleasant staff members.I would not advise for family vacations.

    Parking very confusing, lack of signage, front desk staff no heart to work, not friendly no effort to assist guest management please review staff with badly green coloured hair she is not helping at all. Fake approval template for early check in when arrived force to wait as usual check in at 3pm.
