  Ali and family could not have been more welcoming or helpful.Quiet, residential location 10 minute walk from the river and 5 minutes from supermarkets and Saturday market. Spotlessly clean rooms, pool and gardens.We were allocated a top floor (attic) room, great view of the pool/mountains and breezy during the day but very warm at night. Low ceiling over sofa-bed.No A/C in living roomNo dining area, toaster or microwave (didn't matter to us)No towel rail/hook in bathroom for towels.Thin wall in bedroom could hear conversation etc in adjoining apartment.

  Our first time staying in Dalyan. Ali and his family are so friendly and helpful. Always smiling and chatty. We loved the peaceful pool and cosy apartment. The food was amazing. Will definitely be back!

  Lovely family at Minta

  From the minute we arrived we felt at home. Ali was there to greet us with a smile at 3.30am and took us to our room which was a one bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities and large balcony overlooking the lovely pool. Great view of the mountains from balcony. Ali is very helpful and his lovely family is always there to chat to. Sadiye his wife is a great cook and the meals at Minta are really nice. It’s only 5 minutes away from town where there is an array of bars cafes and restaurants not to mention the shops with everything you can imagine for sale. We are already planning a return visit and would recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you Ali and Sadiye.

  Had a lovely time at the Minta apartments , clean and well equipped , down a quiet street but not far from the main road and the centre of Dalyan . 10 stroll to centre /turtle roundabout Pool large and inviting ,nice family run /chilled place and a guaranteed warm welcome x definitely will return

  Ali, Sadiye and family are lovely hosts who own the apartments. Nothing was too much for them. The food which is cooked by Sadiye, was delicious 😋 Everything is made from fresh. Apartments were spacious and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. Will definitely be going back next year!
