  We arrived around 08.00 PM would like to have dinner at the restaurant but unfortunately it's past their service time so we just like starving all night. In the morning the breakfast also awful, for us from Indonesia it's really hard to swallow the meals. The room was great, it's spacious. So we love the Room but not the food.

  Part of my wonderful visit to China. The rooms are okay. BUT ask for a room with separate bath and shower on the 11th floor. The rooms lower down are dark and bathrooms are not very nice. This hotel is VERY busy with locals for events and meetings. It is extremely smoke filled as people smoke everywhere, the lobby, the restaurants, the elevators, the rooms EVERYWHERE. Was great that the toilets are western toilets. The hotel is in a great location for shopping as everything is in walking distance and the shopping in Hainan is great.The staff tried their hardest but they do not speak English.Also, not irons in the room or ironing boards. you have to ask for them as well as a robe.Rooms basic, normally clean. Television mostly Chinese channels.Food??? Great restaurants near by so get out a walk. Chinese people are very outdoor types and it is very safe to walk around at anytime.

  We had good time with our group when we stay there. The service is all good 24 hours, rooms get clean every time. For me I am happy to learn some Chinese language with the staff, thanks for everything.

  + factors: 1) the hotel staff were helpful & friendly2) rooms are clean & spacious3) 3 bus stops away from shopping district4) Chinese food @ restaurant is value for money & tastes good.- factors:1) rooms weres dark & have no fridge & had a musky smell, possibly because it was vacant for too long. (Triple room). 2) rather far from shopping district
