  Absolutely not recommended very poor service. Ac timings are from 3 to 5 in the afternoon and between 12am to 7 am in the night time This people doesn't know the meaning of hospitality faces are dull and make you feel y did u come here

  部屋は非常に安いですが、狭い、フロントスタッフの対応は私が今まで経験した中で最悪です。 シャワーは壊れていて、お湯はありません。 しかし、Wifiは良いです。 しかし、値段を最重視する場合以外お勧めしません。Room is very cheap but narrow, correspondence of front staff is the worst I have ever experienced. The shower is broken, no hot water. But Wifi is good. I will not recommend it.

  Hi... I have booked royal Palm lodge.. Booking Ref 8115610010586.The hotel was very dirt.. Staff were v.v.v.v.v selfish. Misbehaving with customers. Rooms are dirty not cleaned Bed sheets are not washed.. Bedbugs No wash room clean. Wash rooms was blocked. First day I stayed all day out after Chekin.. Cz I did not felt to stay in room. When I arrived in the evening. They said no space.. And at last they gave me room. Which was very dirty and bedsheet was blood Stians. I asked for changing.. But they did not. I slept cz I was tired.. Use my t-shirt on pillow cz it's was dirty.. Seconds day I went out.Came to the room at night.. Without permission room was changed. My t-shirt was thrown. My bag or shampoo and other stuff were thrown without permission. I was disturbed all the time.I booked private room.. It was dirty as well. Sane problems. They charge extra for another room.

  We get single bed for the room

  We did booked a double bed room. But when I came by myself to show the booking details to receptionist, they provided us a single bed room because I came by myself. So my partner only can come to visit me for a while. And yet the toilette set does not provide shampoo. The room size was quite reasonably worth but my partner with height 6 feet (183cm) is not getting worth to stay in that bed size.

  Worst stay!

  I read the reviews and I was thinking to myself that it couldn't be that bad but for me it was. The Indian lady behind the staff was so unfriendly and was huffing and puffing every time I asked a question or wanted something. The showers weren't clean and there weren't any lockers which I would have liked. The location is close to the Twin Towers and the metro station, I would only stay here because of the price and that it is in walking distance of the towers. I was glad to only stay there for 2 days
