  Quiet and relaxing

  A really nice, quiet, relaxing and safe place to stay while waiting a for a flight. Definitely worth it.There is no breakfast bar, but there is a big food court in the KLIA2 terminal just on the outside of the hotel. Our room had no windows, but it was only a 6 hour stay during the night so it was not a problem.   Hard to find but great sleep

  We got lost in the terminal and no one seemed to be able to redirect us. One of our stewardesses from the flight we took said the hotel was in a different terminal. She was trying to be helpful and escorted us to the wrong Sama Sama hotel (there are 2). By the time we got to where we needed to go about 2-hours had gone by. The room & beds were super comfortable and we had a great sleep, so it was worth it in the end.   Dishonest and Unwelcoming hotel

  Sama Sama is a terrible option to take if you want to stay in KLIA2 for the night before your morning flight. We arrived on a late flight and booked this hotel many moths prior. The reservation did not mention or warn you that you must stay in International area and not head to the Arrival Hall. Nowhere along the pathway to the Arrival Hall that you are warned that you are leaving the international area at all. Hence, the predicament we were in that we cannot return or back track to the international area to find Sama Sama hotel. This is a KLIA2 trap and there's nothing you can do about it. We called Sama Sama to cancel the reservation but they said it's non refundable and gave us the email address to request a refund. That was 2 weeks ago and still no response from their support. This hotel is a scam and they knew that customers who missed any signage to the hotel will find themselves exiting the international area without knowing. Once, the customer is trapped outside, Sama Sama can then resell their reservation for double the profit for one room for the same stay. I want to warn future travellers to not even consider Sama Sama for their temporary transit stay.   Good place to take rest between flights

  We stayed for 5 hours on a concessional rate for 6 hours. Location is excellent as it is just adjacent to food court. Room and bath are small but good enough. Staff are good.   only for terminal 2 transfers

  We were looking forward to this easy option on a flight back from Tawau, leaving to Tokyo in the morning. Since the Tawau flight was in to terminal 2 where this is, we hoped to stay and then get over to terminal 1 in the morning. I booked it, then the day of I got an email saying we could not do that, it is only for flights in terminal 2. We ended up staying at TUNE hotel and it worked out fine and was very nice and better priced.
