    Great location near the hawker food street and bars nearby. Nice large 1 bed apartment on 11th floor, with view of Petronas Towers. Pleasant staff on reception, 24hrs guard on door. Nice hard mattress, Small but very useful balcony. Would stay again without question.

    We recently visited Malaysia and stayed with Mckey66 in Presidential Suite, stayed for only one Night initially then extended our stay for 2 more nights considering the Hospitality. What an amazing staff you guys have, Special Thanks to Azeen who helped us to make this trip memorable starting from check in untill check out. There was a problem with Ac and she got it fixed by changing our room within 10 minute. I have been travelling alot but haven't experienced such type of hospitality ever. If I come back to Malaysia would only be staying with you guys again. All the credit goes to Azeen,Gurpreet and Chesty.You're the True Assets to your company.Regards,Rahul

    Aweful service with unprofessional, lying staffs.

    Avoid this hotel at all cost! Aweful service & lying staffs! First, the hotel does not provide car parks for guests, but in Agoda they said car parks are provided. I paid a hefty sum for outdoor parking throughout my stay there. There went my holiday budget... Upon arrival, the hotel's security guard was not attentive and rude, he made me wait & then he talked back at me when I demanded the car park the hotel claimed to provide. Hotel staffs lied to me that the car park lots were full (you can check all previous guests comments on this issue). I can never tolerate a lie. Next, I arrived 20 minutes after standard check in, my suite was still not cleaned & ready. The staffs lied again - saying they were in the midst of cleaning it. I insisted to check in because I need to change my baby's diaper and nurse her. They let me check in. Upon entering the suite, the whole place smelled moldy & musty. The cleaning team was not there to actually clean my room, they cleaned it after 10 minutes I checked into the suite (lies, lies, lies). They said Wifi and TV were provided - but there were no Wifi and the TV would not function without the Wifi. So = no Wifi & no TV. What a dull stay for my kids! They did not tell me this until I asked them. Sneaky huh? Oh, the entire team of the hotel staffs do not wear any kinda uniform, they were in their casual shirts and jeans - so strange. One particular Malay staff in hijab showed no courtesy & was fairly rude, she made me feel awful. The towels provided were thin, smelled moldy and a little stinky, and the bathroom's sliding doors fell off in both toilets. This hotel also demanded a RM200 cash deposit even though you have fully paid for your stay. Check out was too long - they need to manually check my suite to ensure I did not steal or break anything. It was a really uncomfortable check out experience. The staffs who handled my check out was aware that I was displeased, but continue to whistle away and slowly singing - WTF? The whole time I was in this hotel - I felt like cancelling my stay but I know Agoda or the hotel would not refund me (check out some comments from other guests). My holiday was ruined by this awful hotel stay. Please be warned and do not book this hotel. The hotel pictures they provided in websites were old pictures from previous hotel management, the pictures more than 5 years ago (at least). From previous guests comments, this hotel operated like a scam.

    they sell you one thing and try to send you somewhere else. then when you try to request refund, they don't refund 100% so they are scamming you from the start! NEVER BOOK THIS MCKEY66, THEY ARE SCAMMERS

    We booked A Best Seri Bukit Ceylon for two nights and everything was somewhat mediocre. 1. Since we know it is going to be full house cos its after all the long weekend, we booked on 8th thru 10th Aug and only managed to check in at 4am on 9th Aug. We booked earlier because we know of the massive jam at the highway, so once we reached we expect to get the room that we booked and paid for. And parking is full house. So no parking at the apartment but opposite at an open space. 2. We were told the room we booked for (level 12) was under renovation and was given an upgrade to a 6 persons apartment at level 6. When we heard upgrade, we thought its ok for a night and we’ll deal with this tomorrow. 3. Once checked in, everything else was meh. Nothing special. Yes more beds available but it is not what we expected for the price we paid. And there is only 3 of us. We dont need 4 single beds and a king bed. 4. Appliances such as the TV were not connected, ‘cable tv’ was also not working. Washing machine door was broken and cant be used. We were so tired and we decided to just sleep for the night. 5. We were supposed to move to our original room the next day upon check out time at 12 noon but when we got down to the reception, they said our room is still being tidied bcos guests just checked out. Didn’t they say last night that the room was still under renovation?? :(6. We managed to move to the newly ‘renovated room’ and we still got TV that is not workable. Worst of it all - my friend and i were talking at the dining area at about 1130am and someone from the housekeeping entered our apartment!! Without pressing the bell, without knocking the door and without telling they are housekeeping! We were so surprised. We were told check out at 12pm but we can have till 1245 for free and only chargeable at 1pm. SO WHY DID THEY ENTER OUR ROOM AT 1130AM???? And then finally at 1215 someone pressed the bell and asked us what time are we checking out - again. I get it you all want to clean the room but we have till 1245, so why are you rushing us???At check out, i spoke to the lady at the receptionist about the male housekeeper entering our room at 1130am and all she said was ‘OH!MAYBE HE THOUGHT YOU ALL CHECKED OUT ALREADY!!! What is this???Terrible and super disappointed. For this price points we can get elsewhere and of course better service. Never again coming back, for sure!
