Location

This hotel is located in Kuala Lumpur next door to the Putra World Trade Centre, Malaysia's premier convention complex. The Mall, one of the largest shopping complexes in South East Asia, is just across the road, a perfect stopover for souvenirs or shopping after business. The hotel is a pleasant 55-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 554 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. Rooms include a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience.     Didn’t have expectations as we are aware is not a new establishment.There are no shampoo or shower gel in the bathrooms. The bath towels was placed on the bed when checked in. There is a LIVE cockroach crawling in it! I took videos but not able to upload the video.     Good service but bad experience

    Cozy and peaceful experience even located in hectic busy city of Kuala Lumpur.. my booking seamlessly via online and warmly welcomed politely by the staff around, my room are clean and having a great night staying here, but the real downside is this hotel serving liquor during hi tea.. I am entitled with hi tea cannot bring over my kids together which made me need to alternatively having foods outside.. as majority of customers I seen during the trip were malay and muslims.. this is unacceptable! Serving liquor were not requirement to be a 5-star hotel! This is not your identity! A drunk guest may caused uncomfortable surrounding to your other customers! Guest welcomed by full attire of Malay identity with Baju Melayu & Baju Kurung..but serving alcohol??? Please be firm to your hotel’s image! You revenue will not increase by need to sell alcohol but it will with great hospitility and services provided experienced by your customer!     Stayed at Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur with my family and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff were extremely warm, polite, and very attentive.A special thanks to the operator Ms.Ain as well for patiently answering all my questions so kindly and professionally. Their helpful attitude and excellent service truly made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.We stayed in Room 1108, and the room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained with a lovely atmosphere perfect for a relaxing family stay.The breakfast spread was excellent with many delicious choices, and the quality of food was superb. Every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable.A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our family getaway so memorable.     I here, i think its theier peak hour. Staff not really like talk or tell.
