    A wonderful stay in the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur.

    A wonderful hotel situated in Jalan Sultan Ismael. Beautiful Interior in the entrance to the Hotel...large staircase and opulent looking. The rooms were well appointed with good amenities. We had a King Twin Bedded Room with floor to ceiling windows with wonderful views overlooking the Tower. Staff from Porters to Reception Staff, Bar Staff, Breakfast staff are all so courteous and helpful. A wonderful buffet breakfast with an abundance of choices of foods is there to satisfy everyone's needs.. Hotel is located across the road from the Monorail and a very large shopping Mall. A large swimming pool is available although we didn't use it. The Chief Concierge Arwan Deen was most helpful with any information we needed and helped us out several times without hesitation with some problems we had. Thank you Arwan! We can happily recommend the Hotel and would definitely return.

    Great Experience at Essence @ Sheraton Imperial KL

    Great experience during dining at Essence. The restaurant's atmosphere is very cosy & calm. I ordered Pistachio Crusted Australian Lamb Chops & Wild Mushroom Soup - Truffle Oil, it taste...very good. The lamb is very tender & juicy. My daughters ordered Nasi Goreng Kampung & Grilled Chicken Supreme. According to them, the Nasi Goreng Kampung is tasty, however the Grilled Chicken Supreme, the chicken breast is very dry. Hope they can do something to improve that menu. The restaurant's staff are all very friendly, attentive & helpfull. Special thanks to Zaliekha / Zariekha whom did feed me with many info & helped me to claim my 1kg complimentary cake using my CM voucher, 2 days before my arrival to Sheraton.     The hotel exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out. Whenever we requested assistance from the maintenance or housekeeping team, they responded promptly without any long waiting time.The food was delicious, and the level of service was exceptional—something we have never experienced at other hotels. Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with warm smiles.Special thanks to Nazirah and Hafizi from the concierge team for their outstanding assistance.     Fantastic location and huge rooms. Got great view of KL from the room. All amenities are five star quality. The staff is very friendly and will love to come back again. The only reason I have not rated it as 5 star because the lunch buffer can be chaotic. Also the presentation of food can be improved upon. Still, it is a good property for official trips.
