    Everything was great except for the poor wifi in the room. Housekeeping and room service were good. Smooth check in procedure. They let me check in around 2 something. Very convenient location. Good concierge. They gave welcome drinks. A pleasant stay for 5D4N

    The hotel was cheap, and you do get what you pay for I guess, however there is nothing excusing a dirty room with a strong smell of smoke. In this day and age, smoking rooms, if they have to exist at all, should always be sold seperately to non-smoking rooms, and guests should be made aware if rooms can also be sold as smoking rooms so that they can look elsewhere. In addition, the fixtures and fittings in the room are showing their age. The bath tub in my room had previously been damaged and and then resealed poorly, which resulted in a water ingress filling the chamber below the tub with old, dirty, rusty water. The water would then leak back into the bath tub when you stood on it to take a shower. I can't seem to upload videos, but I have included a couple of screen shots to demonstrate.If I was staying longer than I did I would have asked to move room, but honestly I did not expect any other room in this hotel to be much better so we only used the room to sleep and nothing else.

    The room is dirty and very run down. A major refurbishment is required. Doesn’t worth the money you paid. Housekeeping doesn’t do a good job. Front office service is average and not friendly. Training on customer service should be provided to the staff.

    OverCrowded Ramadhan Buffet @ The Summit USJ Hotel.

    Came here at Level 5 @ Lambain Bonda Buffet for Iftar @ open fast. The place is overcrowded with people. The food can be rated normal and the crowd just too overwhelming. Its preety much long que for every food that's available. Lack of proper planning and overated in the social media as a location for Iftar @ berbuka puasa. This place turnout to be a like wedding ceremony function not like a proper restaurant buffet arrangements. Management should limit patrons and improve food quality. Hopefully some improvement could be look forward..

    I thought that I will have a great day with my colleague t was bad experience. Service was poor. Aircond was very bad. I asked for plain water but I had to ask 3x... Nothing much to say. Readers, hope yours will be better
