  WHAT MAKES HOTEL DIFFERENT - NOT THE STAR RATING. IT IS PEOPLE.

  The receptionist told me "you have to come back in 20 min or so because our system is down" without saying sorry, welcome or would you like us to keep your luggage in meantime?" I asked to use toilet then she said, "no, there is no toilet here"... My booking was made through Traveloka and fully paid. She insisted that it was not paid. I asked her to check again but she asked room charges to be paid at the hotel. So it was double charged. Would I stay there again? Never.

  I stayed there for 3 days while in KL.The stay was good and the rooms are small.There are king size bed and twin beds available.All stations are nearby and the area is quite good.The staff are good enough with English speaking.Really a nice hotel for a budget stay.

  I ended up having to stay in KL for longer than expected and spent over a month in the Sunn Inns Hotel Sentral in Brickfields and I loved it. I had a room with a window which overlooked the streets of Little India. It was great. It's walking distance to the big mall and the train stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was great and my little room had a desk where I could do work. My room also had its own air-con unit which was a saving grace in the hot Malaysian climate, the bed was super comfortable and I could get fresh towels whenever I wanted. The bathroom was clean and neat. I really enjoyed my time here, and next time I go to KL I will stay here again for sure.

  Took a double deluxe room with window. Rokm is clean and bathroom is clean. Only thing missing is a kettle. There are no eateries in the area at night and no convenient store. However, the hotel is near central train station. Good for a night stay or if you just want few hours of sleep before catching the train to the airport. Staffs are friendly.

  Just for the night stay, this place was good value for money. The rooms had clean bathroom and toilet. Clean sheets. Good breakfast with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. It had all the basic things needed for an overnight stay.
