  Everything is in good condition, enjoyed my stay due to near to every facilities. Toilet is clean, but the pillow and bedsheet have stain. Location is near Sunway Pyramid and food shops. Strategic location with lift and water purifier machine outside the room. The environment of the hotel is good, the price is affordable, the surrounding area is very convenient, there are several supermarkets, and the price is cheap. There are restaurants next to it, McDonald's and Burger King. There are foreign currency exchanges in the nearby streets, several Chinese restaurants, pharmacies, clinics... everything you need for life is available. Very comfortable sleep, clean, complete security system, key card provided, free drinking water, both hot and cold water, next to the hotel there is a Thai restaurant. Malaysian food, Chinese food, Japanese food within walking distance. Fast check-in and check out with deposit fixed amount of MYR 50.00. Aircond is very cold and fan is provided too. Toilet has slipper and shampoo too. Clothes hanger and water container with cup provided too.

  I've visited this hotel the last month. Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel. Staff was helpful, facility were great too. Rooms were cleaned before i got on, and such a comfort bed. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for a traveler.

  Its a good hotel ! Every aspect was exceeded our expectations. Beds very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.Its also near to shopping mall.The,have a great staff. Its totally really recommended.

  Short businness trip. 3 days 2 nights stay. Overall acceptable for a low budget hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to public transport and food. The area a bit congested. Surrounded by local housing area.

  This is the epitome of the worst hotel ever. Room was full of the smell of cigarette, smells bad and the place is dirty. Things are old and worn out. Towels looked like they were used as floor mats. Toilets are not tidy. No amenities and no lifts. Only the location is good as it is right beside Sunway Pyramid and near Sunway Lagoon. Staff were unhelpful, booked a 6 person room and when I arrived they told me they gave away the last room. So they offered a 3 + 3 person room at the same price. Agreed at first but felt fishy so I asked how much for 3 + 3 person. They said RM440 for 2 nights. That was a big difference as the 6 person room was RM550 for 2 nights! Very dishonest business. During check in they delayed one of the rooms and we had to wait for almost an hour. Worst place ever.
