This hotel just average but everything in order. so far so good. you get what you pay. Its affordable for me .the location is strategic and can easily find parking. Oh forgot parking is free for guest.

Staff not even friendly. Hotel so dirty, toilet door broken cannot lock, water dispenser last services is 2017??? Room so smelly. No free parking like they mention in advertisement!! No bathroom towel!!

Staff not even smile, welcoming the guest, what worst is they don't wear a uniform and wearing a slipper! I know this is a budget hotel but manners is important esp in hospitality. Please have some manners. Sun inns in sunway mentari is much more better than this. I don't know if the management is different but this hotel is rude.

just like a budget hotel but the room smell cigarettes. not comfortable for non smoker like me. I couldnt sleep well as the smell is so strong. Will not stay here again. However, the location is strategic and can easily find parking.

I have have checkin on 8th March with my husband and 2 daughter.The ladies that who check me in are enjoyed with her potato chips.Once check in process done i get the room key 3111, when i entered to the room given by them i get shock with the room conditon and their bed sheet. Its look very disgusting im not even can seat or sleep on their bed. I have decide with my husband to check out at the same day due to we really cannot accept the kind of condition. They not even can refund back my money for 2 night. That the reason why they asked the customer to make full payment before they give the room key.This is my first time ever go this kind of budget hotel.Never ever
