    Forget it. RUN!

    rating11 Dec 2018

So this is by far the worst budget hotel i have stayed in. Firstly they did not have a signboard to indicate where the sun complex hotel is as the signboard outside is a different hotel name. Parking is Ringgit Malaysia $15 a day. Room cost is average at ringgit Malaysia 80 ringgit a night. I stayed at room 107 and I could hear people walking above me the whole night long - imagine ladies heels walking on planks above you constantly (And I stay don a Mon night - can you imagine the weekends!?). the workers are so loud you can hear them talking the whole night through until I yelled from my room and they moved away. You could still hear them watching their TV from the reception area.....From previous reviews read I was afraid of the cockroaches I might find but I'm happy to report that there was none. The bathroom is relatively new but be aware that there are no toiletries given. Honestly the designer for this room needs to be hanged. There is no convenient access to a plug point and I had to move the mini fridge out to get access to the ONLY available plug point. The bed was ok but I just could not get myself comfortable in this room and there were MANY stains on the pillows and sheets. Overall this was the worst decision I made. Wi-Fi is ok but they limit you to only two devices. RUN. The lifts are slow, dirty, old and filled with odour challenged people at most times and the stairs is just dirty and yucky (I parked at Level 6 and walked up). Worse decision ever.

Too far from bukit bintang mrt station

    rating21 Feb 2018

I was staying here for five days with my friend. The room is quite good and all the staff are really friendly. But the hotel is too far from the mrt stations. So it's not advisable for those of you who have kids. Overall it's good experience

    Don’t Bother

    rating17 Feb 2018

Location is hard to find situation in a large building,We had a noisy room with a drain located behind our room so you could hear water draining all night. Worst of all we had bed bugs, we was told we could have a new room in the morning after our room was sprayed we then went on to find more bed bugs and demanded to moved immediately and was moved to another room. I also think there was bed bugs in the second room. Don’t waste your money.

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP

    rating02 Dec 2017

We were staying in room 130 which was a no window room which was absolutely fine because we thought it would be quieter. We also requested a quiet room. In actual fact where the window would have been is a paper thin wall and a balcony with seats on the other side for people to use. People were there constantly all night being loud and playing videos on their phones which we could hear extremely loudly. People were also very loud in the corridor constantly ringing each others doorbells and slamming doors. I put ear plugs in and was still woken at 12am, 3am, 5am and 9am. The WiFi also has an awful connection. If you value sleep or any peace and quiet do not book here!!

    ‘Basic’

    rating23 Nov 2017

We had 2 double rooms booked as we were with our adult daughter. Taxi drivers didn’t know where this hotel was, ours had to ask other drivers on the street about its location! The hotel has a lot of building work going on at the entrance. The hotel is situated on the 10th floor, but there is a lift, which can be quite crowded at times! The rooms were basic in need of some TLC, however they were very clean. Bathroom has opaque glass enclosure so you can see through! Shower was not the greatest as in pressure or hot water. Air conditioning was superb!! Having said that, it wasn’t bad for the price we paid for a couple of nights, but wouldn’t return!
