    Definitely 5/5 experience.Thank you, Prasanth, for your outstanding service and hospitality during our stay.We had accidentally made a duplicate booking through a third-party app, and when we approached the reception to check on our booking, we realized there was an issue. I was honestly very nervous and stressed while trying to solve the matter with the third-party platform.Meanwhile, Prasanth was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He kindly assisted us by calling and checking with his colleague, while also giving us very informative advice on what steps we could take next to resolve the issue. His professionalism and calm attitude truly reassured us during a stressful moment.On top of that, he also offered us an upgrade to an Executive Room at a very affordable price, which we found absolutely worth the value. He even gave us complimentary biscuits to welcome us, which made us feel genuinely warm and cared for despite the situation we were facing.Really appreciate your kindness and excellent service, Prasanth. Thank you once again, and we hope to see you again in the future!
