This hotel is conveniently located in the city's major commercial district, directly above The Mall - Malaysia's premier shopping heaven which showcases 200 retail outlets and the Starlight Express theme park. A few paces away guests will find the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), a prime trade and convention venue. The hotel is a mere 45-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Key public transport services such as the KTM Komuter Train Station and the Light Rail Transit (LRT) stations are right on the doorstep of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 650 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Our family had a marvellous stay for 2 nights and 3 days at Sunway Putra Hotel. The room was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was excellent and various foods to choose. Parking available with minimum cost. The staf Vijay really helped a lot. Access to Sunway Putra Mall, PWTC, LRT station and Pesta Buku Antarabangsa was very easy. A perfect getaway for family holidays.     Room is so nice and comfort. Staff also very friendly. One of the staff..mr farith is very helpfull. I’m having breakfast and its so delicious yet many choices to eat. Definetely one of my favourite hotel in KL.

    We stayed here for a 10 day break in KL following a recommendation from friends who had stayed here last year. I'm glad we trusted their recommendation.We cannot fault anything about our stay. All staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Great breakfasts with plenty of variety in the dining room. The staff provided us with some useful tips on getting around (e.g., the bus down to Melaka rather than train) and pointed us toward the redBus app. Some staff at the in-house cafe gave us the names of food options in Chinatown, Pudu, and Melaka.There are two train lines next to the hotel and another line only a short walk away, so getting to attractions is easy. The train system is easy to use.Our only complaint would be about the hotel's website as it was a bit difficult to work out some of the room configurations when booking; we were staying with our adult son so we wanted something with a separate main bedroom. We did get that, but we weren't sure until we got into the room.     It was amazing from the start

    The whole experience was amazing, from the check-in process till the check-out. The receptionist gave me one of the nicest view from my room, overlooking KLCC, KL Tower and TRX. The check-out was so smooth, much helped by Farith where he sent my luggages from my room to my car. It was cool, highly recommended.
