Location

The hotel is situated in the heart of the 800-acre "Resort-in-the-City" landmark of Sunway Lagoon Resort, located a mere 25 minutes from Kuala Lumpur city centre and just 35 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The hotel is well served by an extensive network of expressways and rapid rail systems.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 764 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday.     Definitely 5/5 experience.Thank you, Prasanth, for your outstanding service and hospitality during our stay.We had accidentally made a duplicate booking through a third-party app, and when we approached the reception to check on our booking, we realized there was an issue. I was honestly very nervous and stressed while trying to solve the matter with the third-party platform.Meanwhile, Prasanth was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He kindly assisted us by calling and checking with his colleague, while also giving us very informative advice on what steps we could take next to resolve the issue. His professionalism and calm attitude truly reassured us during a stressful moment.On top of that, he also offered us an upgrade to an Executive Room at a very affordable price, which we found absolutely worth the value. He even gave us complimentary biscuits to welcome us, which made us feel genuinely warm and cared for despite the situation we were facing.Really appreciate your kindness and excellent service, Prasanth.
