The hotel is about an hour's drive from the city centre, with the Kuala Lumpur Tower and Petaling Street, as well as Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 91 suites and 67 single rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Children can enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms.     Thank you Mr Ronal for giving us a great experience in Sunway Resort Hotel! The room is great, bed is comfy, toilet is clean. Everything that we can hope for and ask for is kindly taken care of at the hotel. Every other staff in the hotel were great too! Our room is linked with Water Venture and the kids absolutely enjoyed their time there :) In addition, Mr Ronal is very kind and helpful. My boy lost his bag at a restaurant, he went out of his way to help us contact the restaurant to get the bag back. We thank him so much for his help! Thank you Mr Ronal! 😊

The hospitality here is so incredible that it made the entire family reluctant to leave the property at check-out!A massive thank you to Mr. Dawoud. He has been a great help since then when the hotel just opened after the major renovations and now. He was incredibly patient and helpful with our specific room booking requests. Thanks to his efficiency, our rooms were perfectly prepared and completely ready the moment we arrived. The accommodations were exactly what my family needed including having the prayer mats that were already placed in the rooms. It is this small but exceptional standard of service that makes us want to return even before we have checked out.Beyond the stellar service, the hotel's location is unbeatable. Having the Sunway Pyramid mall directly linked to the hotel property was incredibly convenient. It kept the entire family busy with endless things to do and places to explore daily without ever having to step outside.Our comfort was also elevated by the wonderful housekeeping team, who kept our rooms immaculate throughout our 5 days.     We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Resort Hotel. All the staff were very helpful, and we felt truly welcomed and cared for. It is a genuine five-star hotel with five-star service.     Best experience ever.
