    The room is very clean and well maintained. The service given by Hanif upon check in was very good and helpful. Answered all my quesries well. During check out I was given another hour extension by the manager

    Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even we had stayed few times before but this time is beyond our expectations. We would like to specially thank Front Office assistant Manager Raymond and Razraf for their exceptional hospitality. When we decided to add a second room during our stay, they offered us the best rate which we really appreciated on it. A special mention to Raymond, who went the extra mile by giving complimentary cookies to both of my kids during check-in. These cookies brought big smiles to their faces. Thank you, Raymond and Razraf, for your 5 star service and making our stay memorable. We will definitely come back again!

    Raymond and razat are very friendly and humble. Im happy with their service. Raymond even personally help us to send the luggage to room. We will definitely come back again.

    The very welcoming from the front desk is extremely great with a great smile. Very helpful. You guys are the Best by far. Very helpful. Goh at front desk is very helpful. No request was turn down. We really enjoyed our stay. Great experience. The maintenance guy who came to my room to fix the TV is a great guy too. On checking out, Fazraf Sher came to greet us as well. Thanks guys, for making our stay at Sunway Velocity a great experience. Thank you so much. Will be back for sure.
