  I like the room with Japan theme. The wall decoration and furnished by tatami really make us felt like stayed overnight in Nagoya. If every room can renovate with the county special things, it would make the room more lively compliment with with the wall decoration with the country landmark.

  Claimed it's a boutique hotel but infact budgeted! Their beds are so itchy,wall electrical sockets faulty, tv is bad, aircond not cold, curtains too light, & had the audicity to off our wifi access before checkout at 12pm. Do not book here if you have other options!

  Stayed for a whole week. There is hotel parking but only 2 so first come first basis.There is no lift so don't bring huge luggages.Room and toilet is spacious. Plenty of space beside the sink to put toiletries.Water pressure is strong, nice for shower. Air-cond has a groaning sound but bearable.Pillows are a little thin but okay.Lack of plugs for charging (only 2).Our room is near the cabinets where they store items for housekeeping, so in the morning theres quite abit of opening and closing of the cabinet.Also a couple of times, i put the sign to clean my room but came back to an uncleaned room and sign shows Do Not Disturb instead. Before we went out again we informed the counter to get our room cleaned.It's sufficient for a week or more stay.

  Good Location But Poor Service

  Stayed for 1 week, room is big and clean but the towels conditions are terrible. Ask for additional bath mat and mop at night, reception said dont have as its only available during afternoon and its kept locked with housekeeping. Next time bring your own towel and dont call any housekeeping service during night.   Put up 3 nights at this hotel and during my stays until check out, no body comes to tidy up the bed, clear the rubbish, change the towers. replace the mineral water . Can't imagine...
