  It was horrible everything was pricy and no one liked it. There were underwear on the bathroom and the pool didn’t have any water

  basic dirty hotel

  hotel close to the airport, nothing around: basic dirty rooms, low quality restaurant; service fast and acceptable. I would not suggest to stay here But the worst was Expedia (I booked thru Expedia), because on the web was not clear that: 1- breakfast was not included; 2- nobody will issue an invoice for the stay paid to Expedia. NEVER MORE BOOKING ANYTHING THRU EXPEDIA.

  Good points :- The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and kept us well informed whenever we had questions.- We were left to check out at 1 p.m.Negative points :- The location: it's literally a No Man's Land there is absolutely nothing around the hotel.- The swimming pool: we were told that there would be 2 swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors, however during the 5 days we were there the outdoor pool had a problem and was green they gave them took several days to completely empty it in the field next to the hotel and as many days to fill it using a small garden hose, when we asked if we could at least enjoy the indoor pool we were told that it was emptied during the summer and therefore during our stay we could not take advantage of the swimming pool once.- Cleanliness: leaves something to be desired, cleaning was only done once during our stay of 4 nights because we explicitly requested it (although every day we put "clean the room" on our door).The joints of the bathroom were completely moldy, the terrace was filled with excrement of midges, the evacuation of the condensation of the air conditioning went directly to the terrace which made that when we used the air conditioning the terrace was flooded dirty water and prevented us from walking freely, the entrance door to the room (213) was completely smashed.- Breakfast: we could not book the room without breakfast unfortunately because there was no choice it even happened to us not to take it at the hotel even if it was paid.The value for money leaves something to be desired given the inconveniences but the 2 receptionists who did our check-in and our check-out were very friendly

  RUDE OWNER - UNHYGIENIC - HARDLY A HOTEL

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially from the owner who refused to give us his name, very rude and sarcastic too. They left our family with two young kids of 2 and 4 year old waiting at the airport for OVER AN HOUR. When we booked we stated the time we will be needing a pick up, and on arrival after we collected our belongings we called the place just to be told 30’ delay. After three phone calls and an 90 min WAITING ON THE ROAD with very tired kids we got picked up AT 1AM there was ONLY ONE STAFF for shuttle bus and reception, the owner was just hiding from any responsibility, the place was REVOLTING 🤢 breakfast NOT FRESH and a lady was using her hands to load the cold buffet. HYGIENE DOESNT EXIST. The whole place was covered in filth, and if it wasn’t emergency ,WE would had rather spend the night at the airport !STAY AWAY FROM THAT SCUM !

  The worst hotel! Disquisting and dirty everywhere, spiders everywhere, spilled blood on the bed, dust and all the room was really dirty, overpriced (85 p/n) when I asked to change the room they told me that it's economy(so I must sleep to this rubbish?) Rude service. Worthless! If you respect yourself avoid this place.
