    Great hotel with the best location. On the monorail stop and across the street from Times Square. Nice pool, super spacious rooms with all the whistles and bells. We had adjoining rooms. We used the hotel tourist desk for booking tours. I felt it was set up for the business traveler but tourists were welcomed also. I would stay there again.

    Wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I truly appreciated the warm recognition and thoughtful benefits throughout my stay. A special thank you as well for the room upgrade, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.The staff were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely warm, always ready to assist with a smile. The buffet spread was very good, with a nice variety of delicious and well-prepared food. A consistently pleasant stay with great hospitality, and I look forward to returning again.

    Had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Bukit Bintang. The room was clean, spacious, and the amenities together with the personalised welcome card were amazing. Special thanks to Mr Adam from the Front Desk for his excellent customer service and warm hospitality. He was very helpful and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended and will definitely return again!

    Awful Hotel and Untrained Inexperienced Staff

    The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Untrained staff, rude receptionist. There was no milk for the kid, they did not even want to heat kid’s food. No proper first aid box for emergency. They use very cheap cleaning products, after housekeeping goes your room will smell. Reception will barely pickup your phone. Awful Awful breakfast buffet, very slow restaurant staff.Don’t waste your money on this hotel
