    SMOKE FEST. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is Not smoke free. Cigarette smoke, marijuana smoke, cigars etc, and management doesn't care. All they do is come up and spray Lysol in the hallway, and promise to charge the smoking room a smoking fee, which even if they do, what good is it for me ? A decade ago, this was a decent place to stay. Not any more. Pay a little more, and stay elsewhere. It's also a Ho hotel. Yuk. You will have to deal with a sore throat and burning eyes from the smoke. Nasty.     Avoid at all cost!!

    Check-in and check-out was easy. Customer service at the hotel was great and also via phone call, on our way home. Thank you to the young lady who checked us in on Friday and helped us out with room issues not just once, but three times. Also, to the woman I spoke to on the phone who heard me out and issued a FULL REFUND of our stay. My daughter and I checked in Friday evening, went to our room and it was FILTHY to say the least. Filthy as in, we pulled the covers back on the bed and the bed was FULL of other people’s hair, the fitted sheet didn’t even fit the bed and it was also covered in pet hair. On the inside and outside of the bathroom door was some mysterious sticky and gross substances. This was alongside some holes in the door. The floor in the room was also very dirty. On our way to the room, the smell of weed and cigarette smoke infiltrated the air coming from rooms. Considering this is a smoke-free hotel, it doesn’t seem like it’s mandated. I’m asthmatic and sadly had to use my nebulizer within the first ten minutes of being in our room. I went to the front desk, spoke to the young lady (she didn’t have a name tag or tell me her name), but was very nice and accommodating. She gave us a second set of room keys upstairs. We went upstairs, walked down the hall and again smelled weed, but not cigarettes. We opened the door and heard water running. Looked in the bathroom and nothing. It stopped after 10 minutes, but began again a few minutes later. We did the bed check again, same issue, but this time had stains on the sheets too. My daughter went to use the restroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush, then came out and said water was coming out from the base of the toilet. Lovely! While she was in the restroom, I had taken notice that the smoke detector roughly 9 feet up was completely covered over. Isn’t this illegal? Here we go again! I went back downstairs and got another set of room keys. The FINAL room was clean for the most part, but the bed was in the same condition (dirty with pet hair and people hair). The bathroom was clean with the exception of finding red hair on the side of the tub that wasn’t ours (I’m blonde and my daughter has dark hair with blue base). Seeing how it was already 11:30-11:45pm, spent the afternoon traveling from South Central PA, we were EXHAUSTED and wanted to sleep. We slept on top of the blankets, used our own pillows and fleece blankets that we brought with us (always and just in case). Check out was easy as we only needed to drop our room key in the provided slot at the front door. On the way home, I called and spoke to a very nice woman (not sure she gave her name). Explained my reasoning for calling and she issued a FULL REFUND. I just hope no one else has these issues. Just as an FYI, I do not normally complain when traveling, but this…this was ridiculous. It needed to happen! They needed to know what their “cleaners” weren’t in fact doing. The TWO stars are simply for the excellent customer service and the refund for the hotels issue of cleanliness.     NASTY HOTEL!

    Don't stay here. Walking to the main entrance. Several guests outside the door smoking. Get inside. Waited for what felt like forever for someone to come to the desk so i could check in. As im walking to my room the hallway smelled like mildew and smoke. Get into my room. The condition of the room was run down and ran through. The kitchen was especially in poor condition. The toilet water had black flakes floating in it. The room smelled old, and like smoke like the rest off the building. I should have left but i was so tired from traveling. I told myself just get through the night. I got up from laying in the bed. Big black spider in the spot i was laying in. It must have crawled from under a pillow. The next morning i dropped my keys in the box AT 9AM cause nobody is at the desk as usual and i went about my day. TELL ME WHY!!!!! They changed me for late check out after 11am!! I left at 9am ! It is not my fault you check the little key box after 11! If the key already in there at 11 that meant i BEEN put it in there BEFORE 11! I told the manager to check the camera and see my Walking out at 9! ANDDD !! They charged me for over $100 and kept my deposit talmbout i smoked in the room!! I dont smoke ANYTHING or my friend that stopped by to see me. I told the manager your whole building STANKKKk of weed and cigarettes! Charge EVERYONE then! Myself nor my friend did that. Plus, down the hall from me im watching a jump out POLICE team raid a room!!!!     Id say stay away. Like far away. This seems to be govt subsidized Long term housing. long hallway with carpet stained discolored all down middle. 30 minutes to check in some kinda hoobastank stink throughout. None of their exterior doors locked at night and most had hardware that was loose or malfunctioning. Longer term residents cooking jack so if you like that wafting throughout your room?.. Plus there's kids riding bikes in & out of rooms, guys with grills in back parking lot Broken Picnic tables upended in back, at least few hundred cigarette butts, someone threw their clothes and boots off back sidewalk (not cleaned up), other litter everywhere. We had to wait 30 mins for new drip pans in room, AC didnt work, no ice machine, breakfast offering was a hotel maid service cart w shrink wrapped muffins and bars.
