Location

Strategically set within Mid Valley City, the city hotel, with the commuter train running right by its doorstep, is only 5 km from the central hub of light rail trains including the KLIA Express. Centrally located between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya and served by an extensive network of expressways, it offers convenient access to major industrial areas, the commercial hub, government agencies and key tourist and cultural sites. The shopping haven, the Mid Valley Megamall, offers over 430 retail shops with an endless choice of high fashion, dining, entertainment and family fun. These are all in a tropical setting, which makes Mid Valley city a complete destination in itself.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 390 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer is also provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers golf.     Great Facilities, Food & Location with Minor Service Notes

    St. Giles Boulevard is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. The restaurant on the 9th floor is a standout for meals. The breakfast buffet caters to all nationalities with an impressive selection of pastries and a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. Lunch and dinner are served à la carte and the quality was consistently great. The restaurant staff were polite, helpful, and greeted us with a smile throughout the day. Poolside service was also excellent. One of the biggest advantages is the direct connection to Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall. Having everything from shopping to dining within the same compound means you won’t get bored even on a week long stay. The range of food outlets is extensive from Nando’s to KFC and many more. Almost all staff members we interacted with were warm and welcoming with a constant smile. However, I did have two concerns worth highlighting: 1. The bidet shower in the reception restroom has been missing its handle for almost a week. For a hotel of this standard, this should be addressed promptly.  2. While most staff were exceptional, a few interactions felt unwelcoming. Some staff members avoided eye contact, did not smile, and continued looking at their computer screens while speaking. For guests who value personal connection, this felt a bit impersonal. If these minor issues are fixed, the experience would be flawless. I still highly recommend St. Giles Boulevard to anyone looking for relaxation with great shopping and dining options right at their doorstep.

    Has been staying in this property for several visits in KL and it is good and well upkeep. 2 of the team members of St Giles Boulevard who go above to deliver service excellence who left me and my family with unforgettable good memories during my stay in St Giles Boulevard, .     My wife and I stayed in Room 2409 last week and had a wonderful experience. Mr Fikkri provided exceptional service by explaining the hotel facilities clearly and assisting us with the parking details, making everything effortless from the start.The room was comfortable with a lovely view, and the location was perfect for dining and shopping.
