  Excellent Stay at The Face Suites During MAH Towerrunning Championship 2026

  I recently stayed at The Face Suites during the MAH Towerrunning Championship 2026, and overall, it was a great experience.One of the main reasons I enjoyed staying here was the location. It was very convenient as the event venue was nearby, making it easy to travel back and forth without having to worry about traffic or long commuting times.The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing after a busy day at the event. The amenities provided were sufficient, and the facilities met my expectations.The cleanliness of both the room and common areas was good, and despite being located in the city, the noise level was minimal, allowing for a comfortable stay.   Nice stay however needs improvements

  Beautiful location right in the hard of KL. First impressions were good however on arrival the reception staff were rude and not helpful. Once we finally got to our room, the room was lovely. Neat and tidy with everything needed for our 4 night stay. The beds were super comfortable along with the couch. Large fridge and freezer to stock everything we needed along with a large kitchen. The down side to this hotel is the huge wait for the lifts up and down to anywhere. Sometimes waiting over 10 mins to get in the lift. Pool was okay, pretty cold with ALOT of people videoing and taking photos which made us feel uncomfortable with our child. The security staff in this area were beyond rude with different rules for different people. The rules seem to only apply depending on the colour of your skin. The restaurant staff really made our stay as they were kind and so welcoming. We loved being greeted by them each day and they had amazing eye to detail, the food including the breakfast was wonderful.   Stayed here for 5D4N with my colleagues.Pros: The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The place is clean and bottled water was topped up daily. The staffs really work hard making sure the stay is comfortable for their guests. There was a day we came back mid day and they were actually changing the ceiling light bulb for us in the bathroom as they saw it was dimmer than usual (we didn’t noticed).The breakfast is VERY good. Please book the breakfast if you are staying here. They have different variety of noodles, chicken etc throughout our stay and they tastes so good. Do visit their rooftop bar for a good meal with a view! The staffs there are friendly and the food is good! Cons: 1) Need to on the switch for the water heater.   One of the most impressive stays we've ever had!

  From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The apartment was enormous—spacious, spotlessly clean, and designed in a way that made the most of the incredible views. We honestly didn't expect such a high level of comfort and quality.We stayed on the 25th floor, and even from there, the panorama of Kuala Lumpur was stunning. But the real showstopper was on the 51st floor: an absolutely breathtaking infinity pool with a 270-degree view over the city's most iconic landmarks. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, and the surrounding skyline all at once. The towers are literally a stone's throw away—so close you feel like you could reach out and touch them.The whole experience left us truly surprised and impressed. We're already planning our next visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience KL from above!   Opulent hotel despite the crowd

  Besides crowded, it’s crowded… the lobby, elevator, swimming pool and the front gate were ALWAYS packed with tours and different types of visitors during my entire stay at The Face Suites — everything took time! When checking in/ out, waiting for the elevator, waiting for my Grabs, approaching the receptionist, it just kept me waiting. In other words, it’s full of vitality and vibrance. Situated in a prime area, The Face Suites is not far from the most iconic buildings in KL— KLCC. However, this hotel is not on the main street and therefore, drivers had to drive in and out through a small road and which led to a really bad traffic jam. There were a couple times the Grab drivers canceled on me because of the traffic. I’ve never taken the MRT so I’m not sure if there is a station around. Other than these issues, I was in fact satisfied, especially with my room. It’s opulent, roomy, clean, well-equipped and very comfy. The full kitchen completely blew my mind. I could always have my supper or make my own simple breakfast during my stay. The girl at the concierge was helpful and enthusiastic. She gave me great help and provided detailed, constructive advice. I in fact had a great time with The Face Suites.
