    This was honestly one of the worst and most unhygienic stays I’ve ever experienced. The toilet was filthy with cockroaches crawling inside, and the toilet seat looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. To make it worse, there were no towels provided at all. The bed linens were stained and dirty, making it impossible to feel comfortable or safe sleeping there. The overall condition of the place was disgusting and completely unacceptable.The government should conduct strict audits to ensure hotels are properly maintained, especially since Malaysia is promoted as a tourist destination. Experiences like this ruin the entire stay for tourists and waste their money, especially when most of these bookings are non-refundable. It is disappointing and damaging to the country’s tourism image.

    Location is superb. The room was average. The bathroom can be improved in terms of amenities, cleanliness. Toilet lid were disgusting. No tissues in the room. U have to use toilet paper as facial tissue. So, for RM179 per night i don't think its worth it. Please improve GRAND CAMPBELL HOTEL

    WORST, HORRENDOUS, DISGUSTING! The toilet's hand-shower was leaking and left a huge, wet mess every time we tried to use it. The toilet seat was covered with dried sh*t marks. Had not been cleaned in god knows how long. The bathroom floor was disgusting with white stains all over it. cockroaches were running all around the room and washroom. there were layers of dust everywhere in the room. The bed sheets had stains on them. we were charged 100 RM for early check-in that we were not informed about before, but i wouldn't have been disappointed with paying extra if the room was worth it. considering how much we paid for it, i could have gotten a more decent room elsewhere.i received no help for the staff or manager as they understand very little english. upon complaining about the disgusting and worn-down state of my room they simply shurgged and said 'ok.sorry.' but did not do ANYTHING to rectify the situation (no immediate clean up or room change was offered).The hotel is not located in a very 'happening' area. there's a 7-11 downstairs plus a small mall but the collection is very poor. not worth shopping there at all. there are a few malls surrounding the hotel but again, none of them hosted any good or interesting outlets. You are better off staying in a hotel near Bukit Bintang or Chinatown, where there's nightlife, tonnes of restaurants and shops.Overall i simply wasted my time and money staying here, and wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

    i stayed with my family for two night.. all of us are badly bitten with bug bed.I had really bad allergy reaction . please do the necessary upkeep .Certainly will not not come back to this hotel.Pity .. hotel is located at prime area..

    Would not recommend for any family to stay. Had problems in trying to get a connecting room upon arrival, although i have requested earlier. First room I got into, no AC. Asked to change room again. Second room I got into, no electricity. Third room I got into, is not even side by side (mind that I requested for a room close to each other and the whole floor is empty. Reason? Room problem.)Receptionist is very slow, wasted so much of my time. Operating manager literally no proactive solution, only explaining the things that I already know. All in all, lousy hotel.
