    A real gem. Great location, tucked away just off the Main Street so near to lots of places to eat and shop.Great staff- all very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast and afternoon tea Malaysian style

    No frills Hote, ok room, no personal care product in the bathroom, all in a basket downstairs, weird parking on a metal lift platform, then you cant get out of your car due to pillars, there are better hotels around the same area for less money.     Excellent Stay with Great Hospitality in the Heart of Bukit BintangI had a very pleasant experience overall. One of the highlights of the stay was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel — from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping teams. Everyone was warm, helpful, and welcoming.The room was consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was delicious with good variety, and the lunch served was equally impressive.The hotel atmosphere is stylish yet relaxing, and the location is excellent, especially for anyone wanting easy access to Bukit Bintang and nearby attractions.Just one small suggestion for improvement — while 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water are provided daily, it would be great if additional drinking water could also be provided without extra charge.Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would gladly return again in the future.     We stayed 7 nights in this cosy hotel. We did not like big hotels and prefer boutique type ones as it is more personable and cosy. We felt at home here with a good size and functionable room. Slept well in the comfy bed too. The afternoon tea treats are great. Very central and convenient location with the subway nearby.Big shout outs to Farid and Afif who were ever so ready to assist and friendly. Carmen too.Will be back!
