    Wonderful room and well appointed accommodation. Probably one of my favourite Hotels . Staff went out of their way at all times.

    We stayed for 3 nights and our experience was pleasant. The ambience, and the quality of food was excellent. Breakfast is a must as there was something for everyone. We were spoilt for choice. Will certainly come back again.

    Wonderful Majestic. Beautiful hotel close to the old Railway hotel. Great breakfasts, buffet style, plenty of choice. Staff are all so helpful and friendly. Had a beautiful room, with robes, slippers. We went to the Cafe bar for drinks after 10pm, for the 2 for 1 offer. Also, the fabulous singers, the Solianos, a family jazz group were amazing, and even in the Guiness Book of Records.The pool on the 4th floor was fabulous, we only used it once, but there were plenty of sunbeds and pool towels. I would recommend getting the 'Grab' app to book taxis, as cheap as chips, and cash only. Also the MRT is only a 5 minutes walk away next to the Muzium Negara and Botanical Gardens. We visited the Bird park, which was nice for a couple of hours. Visit the amazing new shopping malls, TRX, which has shops, food outlets, and a roof garden. This hotel is about 1 and a half hours from KLIA. Simply wonderful. Love, love love it.

    Isabel the Jazz Star - Not to be missed

    Having visited Malaysia on many occasions we have always noticed The Majestic en route to our preferred hotel in Kuala Lumpur. This year we decided to stay.The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.In particular we would highly recommend a visit to listen to Isabel the Jazz singer/pianist. We first met Isabel whilst she was performing at The Datai in Langkawi, however she has relocated back to KL and has residency at The Majestic.We were fortunate to have an Uncle and Aunt visiting KL and we thought it would be a treat to take them to drink cocktails and listen to Isabel. We all had a throughly wonderful evening with Aunt and Uncle wanting a return visit!

    An excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. The staff we wonderful, very professional and friendly. We enjoyed an upgrade to a suite which was lovely. Great bed very comfortable and good bathroom with hot shower. Room was serviced daily with pure filtered water, coffee pod machine and kettle, it's hidden in the cupboard. Breakfast excellent with a buffet style of everything you can imagine. Good fruit and coffee with curries, omelette, eggs any way you like and plenty of choice. We ate in the buffet restaurant, good value at £30 a head. Again great food with chefs cooking at stations answering any query. My husband is gluten free and they were so helpful he had a lot of choice. I would happily stay here again. Get a SIM card in a 7 eleven and us the Grab app to get around, same as Uber.
