    the room small with all facilities need. this room very well located in the heart of bukit bintang. lot of bar and restaurant are around. room small and clean. enough for my self. receptionist friendly. i like it. have a little 7/11 into the reception area for all your needs. thanks

    Small Decent size hotel. Housekeeping needs improvement, have to tell in reception to clean the room. Also I stayed there for 4 days & upon checkout I asked if I can extend checkout by 2 hours & they asked for MYR 120 for 2 hours , which is ridiculous

    I went to KL for business trip and I stayed at the Executive Queen room for 1 night. It was comfortable to stay.Hotel has an excellant location where you can easy to buy food and grab beer. Most importantly, it is good value for money.Especially thanks for Ms. Nora for her kind hospitality.Highly recommended!

    Cheap, cheap. Not a 4 star hotel at all. 2 tv channels…period. No cable that’s a lie. 2 old towels, 1 bad chair hard plastic, tea pot but no coffee or tea, just 2 water bottles. No refrigerator or micro. Ice who needs ice? No pool or gym…room is tiny barely room for the bed with 4 cheap foam pillows. No safe, shown in photo, but not in room. Ohhh and the ac blows…directly on the bed. The entire room including the ac has a build out cost under 3 k. Cheap and uncomfortable. And dont expect the staff to care, that’s not happening.

    Overcharge for laundry

    I got bad experience here. They overcharged me for laundry work. My mom got bad treatment from immigration check in KLIA2 that cause she got diarrhea. The hotel doesn't help us in this awful situation and overcharge us more than what we paid of from Air Asia promo. We will never come back to here and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. This country is not friendly for Indonesian tourist and we'll not recommend you to stay here. Just be careful...
