  The Pearl was ideally located for my personal purpose and the atmosphere on the upper floors of the rooms was generally quiet. Liked the spaciousness of the Deluxe King room. The Mall below was not short of cafes and restaurants and even housed a grocery store, Jaya Grocers. There was a Money Exchange on the G floor which was very convenient. To top it off, a tailor and a locksmith/luggage repair was also available should you find yourself in need of their services. We used a laundromat outside the hotel and was within walkingdistance (5-7 min walk) from it. If you don’t mind the heat and humidity, there were also coffee shops offering cheaper meals on the same block of the laundromat. You could put your laundry in and walk next door to the coffee shop and have your breakfast or lunch. However, everything was great EXCEPT for three areas which I felt needed improvement. Firstly, the Buffet Breakfast could do better by making sure that their food was maintained at the correct temperature. I had found that a single tea light below each metal platter holding the different dishes was certainly not going to keep the food constantly warm. Secondly, the Housekeeping “boys” could be better trained because they had left items that they ought to have been taken away when they finished cleaning the rooms like the changed pillow cases (stuffed on top of the TV 😄 and on another day, under the clean bed linen 🤷🏻‍♀️) Their spray bottle of fabric freshener was also left behind on the counter. It’s little things like that which will give the hotel Housekeeping Dept a report of unprofessionalism. And lastly, the “No Smoking” policy should be enforced. Someone was smoking for sure as our room was getting the smell of cigarette smoke through the AC ventilation. Being a non- smoker, it really spoiled my stay at The Pearl. It was nauseating and very unpleasant. If not for these three areas, my husband and I certainly enjoyed The Pearl and would return when we next visit family again.

  Excellent Stay – Spacious Rooms & Ultimate Convenience!

  I recently stayed at The Pearl Hotel KL and had a wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless.What I Loved:• The Room: I was impressed by how big, spacious, and comfortable the room was. There was plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped.• Speedy Access: Even though I stayed on a high floor, the elevators were incredibly fast and smooth. Getting to and from my room was never a hassle.• Staff & Service: The staff members are very friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression.• Value for Money: I got a great deal that included both the room and breakfast—definitely worth the price.Location & Convenience:The location is a huge plus. Having the shopping mall directly below the hotel was so convenient for quick bites and essentials. It’s the perfect spot if you want everything within walking distance.Overall: A smooth, comfortable, and highly convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it!

  Disappointment from the room and the service!!!!

  I’m current staying here and I can’t express how disappointed I am staying at this hotel.I went down the first time to complain about the room 1326 has stain on the sheets, then I got swapped to 1436 and same thing happens. Another Stain on the sheets, the toilet is filthy with mould every where. Another person in my group also experience the same thing.I ask the receptionist, showed them the photo on Agoda and said look at what you advertised and this old room is what we are getting?The receptionist replied: because you book through the group booking so this is the grade you get. And this room is not sold online.So how do we, from overseas can know this old room is what we will be getting if it’s not even published or advertised online?I talked to Ira, the manager and all she could do was to change the sheet. I asked to change for a clean room, not even an upgrade and she could not do it but offered to change the sheets only. I asked her:” okay if she can’t solve it then how much is the upgrade to a higher tier room” and she couldn’t even tell me the price difference but insisted I contact my organiser/sale person at 11:30pm? I ask just tell me the difference but she couldn’t even do that.P/s: I waited nearly 40 minutes (it was at ~11:35pm that our sheets got changed after the two times I went down to complain no one came up to change the sheet!This is a false advertisement and very disappointing quality of a hotel that claimed to be 4 star!I’m wanting a proper explaination from the hotel management.If you don’t believe me, compare the photo of the room I received vs the photo that was actually advertised online.

  Our small family recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night, and it was a fantastic experience. The room is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself has a fresher, stylish feel. The location in the city was convenient, and we had a great night's rest. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and updated place to stay!

  Spacious room and clean,strategic location..also good service too,their staff very friendly & helpfull.. really enjoy my staycation here.. surely will come again when I'm in kl..too many changing here when last 2year I'm coming here..keep it up..
