    We had a wonderful stay at The RuMa Hotel and Residences. Haikal gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Throughout our stay, the room was beautiful and spotless, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, dinner, and room service.What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and a courteous bow, which made us feel truly valued and special as guests.As our stay came to an end, Joshua, the concierge, ensured that our departure was just as pleasant as our arrival. He took the time to check on our stay, gather feedback, and even shared a friendly conversation with us while we waited for our car.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend The RuMa to our family and friends.     Can't be beaten for the price point. Enter level room is not huge (particularly if you have lots of suitcases) but can't complain for the price. Good buffet breakfast was also included. Staff very friendly. Pool was nice, and lots of areas to sit and relax. Super easy to walk to Suria KLCC or the Pavilion Shopping Mall. "Avenue K" mall (across the road from Suria KLCC) is great for a little pampering - The Nail Shop for mani/pedi, C. Michael London for a wash and blow-dry, and Earwan Wellness Massage for massage. They are next to each other. One stop for pampering!
