This hotel is located just 30 minutes from the centre of Kuala Lumpur and its Chinatown and from the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. The hotel is also strategically located for easy access to Sepang Formula One (F1) Circuit and the Bukit Jalil Stadium, venue of the Commonwealth Games. Saujana Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is just 5 minutes away, whilst Kuala Lumpur International Airport is approximately 35 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 208 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     This was our second visit to the hotel in a month It was like a different hotel.Frist time we had a excusive room on the far side of the hotel it was 4 and 5 star in everything.The second time it was a different hotel we by mistake booked the standard room we asked to pay the extra but was told it was not available .Apart from the room the staff were not professional at times ignoring us and on one occasion we had to wait nearly 20 min to get a coffee and then it took two or three turns to get it right.The Chinese restaurant was bad service and over priced. We had a soft shell crab as one dish and it consisted of one small claw with fruit.We were looking forward to our return stay but were very disappointed > The standard went from 5 stars to 3 stars.

    Nice Stay, but Pool Safety and Maintenance Need Improvement

    We checked in on 13 June as a couple and stayed in Room 2122. I liked the room as it faces the swimming pool, and overall the hotel is good.However, I was disappointed that there was no lifeguard or pool attendant present during our first day at the pool. Although my wife and I are both confident swimmers and had no issue using the pool, it still felt unsafe without supervision, as accidents can happen even to experienced swimmers.I also noticed an adult guest entering the children’s shallow pool area without registering and wearing undergarments, which in my opinion is not appropriate due to hygiene concerns.The pool operating hours (7am–7pm) also feel too short. Extending them to 9pm or 10pm, like many other hotels, would be more practical and help reduce crowding during peak hours.On the second day, a pool attendant was present, but we felt uncomfortable when cleaning staff stood at the poolside with equipment while we were still swimming. Pool cleaning should ideally be done before opening or after closing, with only minor maintenance during operating hours.Additionally, the hotel should repair the roads in the parking area as there are severe potholes. This gives a poor impression and affects the overall image of the hotel.Overall, it is a nice hotel, but improvements in pool supervision, timing, and basic maintenance would significantly enhance the guest experience.

    1. Frustrating Check-In & Room Key GlitchesThe check-in process was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, there is a recurring issue with the room key cards. I noticed multiple guests returning to the reception because their cards failed, and unfortunately, the same thing happened to us twice. We were locked out once around 5 PM and again after coming back from hanging out. Having to wait for front desk assistance from the main entrance just to get into our own room was completely unacceptable.2. Lack of Signage & Poor Queue Management for Club GuestsThere are no clear signs or indicators at the main entrance directing "Club Room" guests to their dedicated check-in area. I ended up queuing at the main reception counter for 50 minutes in a super hot and stuffy environment, only to be told at the front of the line that I should have checked in at the back. This information should be clearly signposted at the entrance to save guests time and frustration. Furthermore, essential information regarding breakfast locations, timings, and facility bookings (like the tennis courts) was never proactively shared during check-in; we had to find out by asking ourselves later on.3. Conflicting & Rude Security/Parking DirectionsThe main entrance desk directed us to the Club privilege parking at the back. Finding it full, we asked the security guard at the Club entrance for help. He rudely told us to just drive all the way back to the normal parking lot. When I pointed out that reception had just sent us here and that it was far, he completely brushed us off. We ended up parking on the roadside out of exhaustion. When we raised this to the Club front desk, the Head of Security informed us that the guard outside "didn't know what he was talking about" and that there was actually plenty of hidden parking available in a small lane nearby. The hotel desperately needs to train its frontline security staff—they are the first point of contact and should not be giving out incorrect, lazy advice.4. Room Noise Issues (Room 405)While the room itself was spacious and clean, the window in Room 405 could not close tightly. This meant we were subjected to a lot of outside noise, especially in the morning when the sound of children playing in the pool woke us up. Management needs to inspect and fix the window seal for this room.5. The Positives: Room & DiningOn a positive note, the room was big and immaculate.     A peaceful stay

    This was actually my first experienced stayed here and we love it especially my 5 years old son. Used to have lunch and dinner at their japanese restaurant and iftar ramadhan. The foods were amazing. Booked via the hotel and we got a good price. Executive room with bathtub,breakfast for 2 and late checked out. We were here for our son’s birthday so the housekeeping team did some deco to my son. He loved it so much and so excited about it. We slept well but i just noticed that one of my pillow smell saliva so i just use another one. Did not lodge any complaint because other pillows were comfortable and smell good. I did not want this to spoil my mood but i hope in future this can be prevented. Breakfast was okay,nothing fancy and the spread was not so much. But the taste is still acceptable. Overall,will come back for sure.     Excellent stay at Saujana hotel KL

    Much appreciated — we had an amazing stay for the special occasion celebrating my mum’s belated Mother’s Day at Saujana Hotel.Special thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Zurina, Weena, Siti, Hakimi, Shida, and Sufi, for the beautiful room decoration. It really made our stay extra memorable.Overall, the experience was great, and we also received an early check-in from the club reception staff. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get his name as he wasn’t wearing a name tag during check-in.There’s just one point I would like to highlight during evening cocktails time. The staff changed to a different white wine without informing us and almost refilled the same wine glass with a different brand of wine. Luckily, my mum noticed it and informed the staff to change to a new glass for the different wine brand, even though it was still white wine.Other than that, the overall experience was excellent.
