  Wonderful hotel in Ravello

  Stayed four nights in Hotel Graal had a wonderful experience. We were kindly upgraded to a superior double with an amazing balcony the views from the hotel are spectacular. Had dinner 1 night in the hotel restaurant recommended by our taxi driver and it didn’t disappoint was the nicest meal we had in Ravello. The things that make the hotel stand out from the ordinary are the warmth of the staff , the views , the food. The breakfast buffet is another highlight. Would love to stay here again if ever on the Amalfi coast.   Amazing beautiful Ravello

  Location was perfect for the start of our Almalfi coast portion of our Italy trip. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay and hillside. The pool had beautiful views of the bay and fun atmosphere. Vitorio was great. He was a lot of fun and made our stay very memorable. We were attending the ravello music festival and the hotel was only 100m from the villa rufolo, where the concert on the cliffs were held. Also easy walk to the piazza where there were restaurants and music each night. Francesco helped with our transportation needs from Amalfi to the hotel. She also made our dinner reservation in Ravello. We booked directly with the hotel and that gave us a 10% discount at the hotel restaurant and better room rate. Food was excellent. Breakfast was very good. They had a large variety of food and pastries. We stayed from Aug 25th to Aug 27th 2025.   A wonderful hotel in Ravello

  A very special hotel with a great heart. This is our third time to stay here and it just keeps improving and does not disappoint. The views are wonderful, within a 3 minute walk to the main square of Ravello with an amazing outdoor pool and wonderful breakfasts. Renier and his family are very welcoming ,special mention also to all of the staff, reception, restaurant and housekeeping. They park your car for you and have it ready when you need it. We cannot wait to return- a very happy family of four from Ireland.   Worst hotel ever, the bathroom too small , the paint on the sealing in The bathroom was peeling off the tile is peeling

  The bathroom is awful too small you can’t even bring your hand to wash your hair or body, the paint and tile I. The bathroom is peeling off , the bathroom door stuck when you want to open or close the door stuck , the room is too small the furniture are falling apart everything about this standard room is awful awful , they should close this hotel it is not healthy for people to stay in This hotel, the review people put on booking .com or Expedia is not accurate Anna Fraulo, Owner at Hotel Graal Ravello, responded to this review Dear Guest,we are really disappointed that your staying with us was not so greatful as you expected.Our Standard seaview rooms are exactly the same as the description on Expedia.com where you booked for 5 nights. We showed you a couple of different rooms and it seemed you were satisfied with the room and the regular shower cabin it offers.It’s a pity you did not like the furniture and overall but the hotel respects all the hygienic conditions and offers the safe staying to our guests.We would like to add that you made the second reservation for another night and we upgraded it to Executive room free of charge.   What a beautiful discover !!! We have been 5 days with a group of friends here.The rooms are all super confortable and large with amazing view. The morning you can breath the fresh air and have lots of birds singing, looking at the majestic coast form above, it's like a magic place. The hotel staff is great, helpful and pay lots of attention to your personal needs. They do have a great chef and for the evening cocktails Pantaleo is a fantastic barman with lots of stories to tell. The hotel is in a strategic position in Ravello, super close to the centre of the village but also with one of the best view at a reasonable price. Overall I truly suggest this hotel with a great pool and a super positive energy. If you need a stay in Ravello this is the place!!!
