The hotel is located in Jalan Bukit Bintang, an area known as the Golden Mile, situated in the heart of the city's leading shopping and business district. Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 384 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.     Thank you, thank you to the wonderful team led by affable GM Daniel for making my husband's and my stay from 02/06 to 13/06 most relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.We had lovely morning chats with Daniel who was always accommodating to all our requests.The Club lounge is the place to be! Said and Karan were incredibly attentive, professional and friendly. The food has changed for the better initiated by very efficient and amiable Lela as it's a much wider range for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Megat never failed to be cheerful in his morning greetings and Diego the intern was excellent.Khairul and Dinesh were more than eager to help and I must say the whole concierge team were exceptionally friendly. Not to be forgotten is Milon who was very diligent in keeping our room clean and topping up the toiletries, etc.The location is ideal with Pavilion opposite and KLCC just a twenty minute undercover walk away.Westin KL has indeed become our 2nd home made possible by the team who would never hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure our every stay is the most pleasant and comfortable.Thank you again everyone!

    I stayed at the Westin Kuala Lumpur as my birthday treat. It was a wonderful experience. There was exceptional service all the way from my check-in with Osmond, to the wonderful daily room service and makeup by Abu on level 24. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice, but what was better was the smile and service provided daily by Dina. I had something hard to find, and Dinesh at the Concierge Desk told me where to find it in a minute. The front desk operates smoothly and this is due to the training and oversight provided by Sukhvim, the manager. Great room and very nice bed. What more can you ask from hotel.
