  Unacceptable Room Condition

  I booked a room through the Agoda platform yesterday, 16/9/2023. When I entered the hotel lobby and asked the person in charge about my room, he said that because there was no Internet, he could not provide my room number. Finally, I showed the record on my mobile phone to get a room. When I opened the door and entered the room, an unpleasant smell hit my nose, which was very uncomfortable. Looking at the surroundings of the room, I found that there were signs of corrosion in two places on the wall at the door. The TV cannot be watched. At the same time, the iron piece of the toilet water outlet fell off and was accidentally kicked during use. Even harder to accept is the fact that there are residual hairs on the bed.   Not so bad for budget hotel

  The check-in was delayed due to room not ready. However, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room is quite small, but its alright. The security might be a problem since everyone could access the room just bypassing the reception. Overall, its alright.

  i proceed to reception after check in for air cone was not working , then later he come with me to room and open the air cone ,later when going back he was abusing in Malay language. i'm staying Malaysia since 2015. I can understand the Bahasa. I dont kn0w why this person abuse like this . i never ask him any extra thing from him.

  Dirty towels & had to pay more then agreed upon coz they said it was school holidays

  I had booked this place for a rate of RM77 inc taxes but upon arriving there I was asked to pay RM100. Before checking out I took a bath & was disgusted with the towel as there was dark stains & some brown stains. Asked for a clean towel at 10am but the reception said he'll send 1. Upon check out at 1130 still no towel & the reception couldn't even remember my room number

  The hotel is pretty much what you can expect from a place with this cost. The location is quite inconvenient (far from the city center) and the staircase & corridors have an unpleasant odor. The actual room was very clean with a good bed, AC and decent bathroom. The downside was that we didn't have a single window in the room - not that the view would have been too spectacular, though.
